ABC’s Jonathan Karl tries to get an answer from Jay Carney on whether or not they will delay the individual mandate if the website is still broken. After all we are hearing that nearly 5 million lines of code will need to be rewritten for it to function properly. OUCH. So it’s not an unrealistic question at all to ask yet Carney refuses to answer it directly, only to say it’s still too early or something:
