Allen West calls out Dem. tracker at Vietnam Veterans War memorial speech

Part of me loves this and part of me wishes I could have seen the whole speech. Allen West, speaking at a Vietnam Veterans War memorial yesterday, asked the Democrat tracker to leave because this isn’t about politics. He said to her “If you have any amount of respect within you, I ask you to leave right now.”

Hopefully our next Secretary of Defense. Under Lt. Col. Allen West we would never have to worry about “Stand Down” when American lives are in jeopardy.

    • BlueGood

West would be a great Sec. Def.!! He was firm but respectful in ejecting the Libtard “Watcher”…and like a typical Libtard “Victim” she starts to sniffle & sob…LOL

BTW…you all heard about that little 7.7 Earthquake on the Left Coast…B.C.??

That was caused be a shift in the Poles…favoring Romney/Ryan!!!

      • colliemum

So it wasn’t just me who heard her sniffles!

Lesson: do not ever get yourself into a situation where you evoke the ire of Allen West!

But, I’d have loved to’ve heard the rest of his speech as well …

      • shamballa108

I heard the “sniffles” before she got there and finally got her camera under control. Was she all choked up or all coked up?

    • badbadlibs

You don’t have to hope. If America should be so blessed as to have LT. Col. West as Sec of defense, the enemies of this country won’t dare peak their slimy heads out from under their rocks. They will be entirely too busy cleaning themselves up from the constant soiling they’ll be doing in their breeches. 😉

      • Orangeone

Voting one of the best posts of the day!

      • I’m becoming quite excited about those Romney will pick for cabinet posts. He did such a great job in picking Paul Ryan (future POTUS) for Veep! Ryan is awesome. Just wait until he is presiding over the Senate with a Republican majority, including a fair number of Tea Party and true conservative senators. We will soon have a chance to hold the GOP leadership’s collective feet to the conservative fire and actually get some good things done! It is perhaps our last chance to really make things better. I hope Herman Cain is picked for Commerce Secretary, Allen West for SecDef, and General David Petraeus as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Whom else do we want Romney to nominate? I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts. Go Col. West!!!!

      • bobemakk

        Well said.

  • CO2isGood

Gotta love the sniffle as she slinks away!!!

    • conservative61

For some reason, I can never watch videos here, unless You Tube or Fox. I get a error #2035. So, would you please enlighten me as to the results of Col. West’s invitation?

      Thank you in advance.

      • detectivedick

try by updating your NVIDIA settings

        • xjesterx

here we are at the end of 2012…and you still have to tell someone…”try updating…”…Oh how I thought in 1990 that today we would already have Star Trek The Next Generation computers already!! Nope…LOL

My TRS-80 is still working fine.

      • 1mathteacher

It seems like she does as he asks & just leaves. The crowd applauds.

      • tvlgds

I get the same thing, only no error message-just won’t play!

        • Do you have the latest version of flash player installed?

      • Here’s the link to the Youtube version:

        • conservative61

Thanks a million, Wolfie. Col. West was awesome. I’m also struck by the fact the lady left quietly, albeit in tears. That’s not something Obama’s supporters are known for.

          • YW. She’s been following him around for ages… Perhaps what he is saying is getting to her. Perhaps the truth of it all is making her wake up a bit. One can hope so anyway.

          • I’ve been thinking about the problem you said you were having. I can’t help with that, but I do have a suggestion for future videos on this site that are not showing that you would really like to see.

            1) In your web browser, click “view source” and then search that source for “” You will find a rather long line but the important part is the part you searched for:

            “file”:” com/watch?v=G_VrfnXvMWc”,””

            Just select and copy/paste the
“ com/watch?v=G_VrfnXvMWc” (without quotes) into your browser and you should be able to watch the video.

Not a clean/perfect solution to your video viewing problem, but I hope this helps, Wolfie.

Note: urls had a space inserted into them at the .com segment so they would display correctly for clarity.

          • They will soon be quite well and widely known for tears after November 6th!

      • 27Words

I only got that error while visiting China… it was/is directly related to their censorship.

  • Damn. She got embarrassed. Eek! Silly trackers. Always looking for a soundbite.

  • detectivedick

See, when you stand up and fight Tyranny, Tyranny tucks it’s tail and runs. Vote for Romney, stand for respect and restoring the USA.

  • Rep. Allen West would make a great Secretary of Defense. General William Boykin would be gr8, too.

    • BeyondPolls

OMG, I forgot about Boykin! It would be awesome to rub that in the face of every intolerant liberal who treated him with contempt just a few years ago.

  • I swear BOTH political parties should disavow trackers. Especially when trackers can’t tell the difference between a partisan and a public service event.

    • colliemum

The young of the leftie species are just too dumb and uneducated to know the difference.

Well at least she left when asked to.

  • bongobear

    Some liberals have no shame.

  • God Bless Allen West. God Bless our soldiers. I thank God for all of you.

    • GreenBeretWay

I noticed we wore the other thread out. This one seemed appropriate.

      • Much better. A good spot. Good subject and right in the middle of the page. 🙂 Thank you my dear.

      • Listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd as I whip up Chicken Cacciatore for dinner. It’s somehow soothing to crank up the tunes for a little while.

I just noticed, my comments have jumped to over 12000! I talk too much.

        • GreenBeretWay

What time do we eat.I can imagine you dancing around the kitchen making chicken with the music blasting. I made the mistake of eating some cashews tonight after I had handled a Bounce dryer sheet.Man that was tasty.

          • It needed more onions and garlic, as I ran out, but it wasn’t so bad. I did dance a little, but then the boys came in. Bouncy cashews huh? Maybe you could patent that lol. You made me laugh when I needed one mysweetGreenBeret. 😀

            • GreenBeretWay

I blew it again eating Orange slices.Laundry sucks but dirty socks can only accumulate for so long.Things start smelling ripe.

              • There ya go again, making me giggle. Orange socks, and bouncing cashews. You’ve got quite the picture going on in my head now. LOL. Yeah, ripe is not good. I love the smell of bounce (not the taste) but I only hang my laundry out. I bought a box of bounce a couple of weeks ago, just to rub on some of my clean stuff, and clothespinned a sheet to my fan to smell the house up nice. LOL, yeah, dang it I really am a redneck.

                • GreenBeretWay

I am going to smell strange on Monday. I put bounce in the vacuum cleaner and under the seats of the car. They smell better.I can’t stand the smell of the car air fresheners. You are going to think I am a stinky boy with all the bounce.I do bathe.I assure you.I only stink after I have run 500 miles.

                • LOL, it’s a good thing you smell like bounce 😉 I can’t stand air fresheners either. I’m allergic to strong smells. I think it’s because my mom used to douse herself in perfume all the time when I was a kid. She and my dad would go out somewhere, and the next morning you could still smell it. And never EVER take a piece of gum or a candy from my mom because it will taste like the perfume she always wears lol. I miss her, but not her perfume. Surprised I can’t smell it from Canada. I can’t wear anything strong at all. Used to have a nice mild body lotion which was nice and didn’t make my eyes run, but it’s not sold anymore.
Just listened to that Eilen Jewell song. That cracked me up and made me think of One Flew OVer the Cuckoos Nest. She has a nice voice though. I had to pause Merle to listen to her…

                • GreenBeretWay

Merle is the man. Now that you say it that song does reminder me of One flew. That was an intense movie.Nurse Ratchet was creepy.Jack Nicholson was great but it was a sad movie. Well the laundry is done finally and I have been up since 4 this morning so one more song for you tonight.A lullaby for my sweet Duckie.

It doesn’t smell like Canadian perfume either.

                • Lord have mercy! There was a dear leader ad on that!! Nightmare!!! just kidding. I love Sade, and haven’t listened to her in years! That was beautiful. Thank you mydearGreenBeret. I leave you with a folk song from eastern Canada.
Have a peace filled, sweet and perfect sleep. xoxoxo

      • Always loved the live version.

        • GreenBeretWay

This live version is good. Where have all the Freebirds gone?

I’m still looking for a good one.

          • I pray you find a beautiful, smart, silly, cartoon lovin’, sweet, good Christian one mysweetGreenBeret. If I was pretty and younger, I’d clone myself for you.

            • GreenBeretWay

I always have people trying to set me up. I have met some nice ladies, mostly at church. All the good birds are taken.

              * *
Maybe God will find my soulmate for me.

              • I don’t know anyone to set you up with, and wouldn’t do that to you anyway. I do hope you find the best one mySweetGreenBeret. I want someone who will be good for you and good to you. You deserve the best. God knows who she is, and when the time is right, He’ll show you. ♥

              • Good morning myGreenAngel. Hope all is well with you today. ((()))s from Duckie.

      • You and the Marine made me want to listen to my Travis CD. Now I’m onto Tracy Lawrence, one of my absolute favorite country singers. Have a Blessed evening I hope myGreenBeret. Have a beautiful weekend too if I don’t get to see you. xoxox

12000.You have me beat.I think I am at 1200. Mike worries about his comment to likes ratio. When I came on Discus said it was working on the site.Don’t know if my comment will post. TEST?

          • I have to admit, I kind of get excited when I see how many likes, but then when I see how much I have to talk for them all, it deflates my ego a bit lol, not that I have much of one to begin with. Yes, I enjoy that video- I don’t have that song on my CD, I have his older stuff which I do love. Right now, listening to Lonestar:
Lord I miss driving road trips.

            • GreenBeretWay

This is a funky song.I got to see ellen Jewel at a small little club one night and really liked her.

            • GreenBeretWay

Road trips are invigorating. You never know what is going to be around the next turn.I like to just cruise with no particular place to go.Roll the windows down and check out the sights. I like to check people out in different settings. You see some wild stuff.

              • I haven’t gone on a real road trip in ages. Used to love going, just myself for a day (except the one time I did drive to Canada by myself took a little longer lol) I remember one 4th of July, must have been on your 17th birthday, I was bored, so I hopped in my jeep and drove around Lake Okeechobee, just to see it. It’s a big lake and took me a couple of hours. There’s a couple of long straight stretches on the north side that you’d love driving your vette on 😉
Once in a while we do go driving to get out of our county, but hardly for longer trips.
Talk about wild stuff… turkeys, gators, egrets, spoonbills, herons, and deer. It’s a beautiful country down here, but I’d love to see more some day.

          • Just sent this to Gino. Now I’m sending it to you too. Hope you have a Blessed day mysweetGreenBeret!

            • GreenBeretWay

What! I gotta share with Gino! Just kidding. Thank you, that was a nice surprise this morning.
I have been a clumsy bonehead today.I dropped a crock pot on my glass top stove this morning and shattered the glass. I was pouring two pounds of coffee beans into a plastic container and spilled the container all over the floor. At least I had just washed the floor so I followed the 60 second rule.If you get them up within a minute they are still fit for consumption.I had to go get another stove. The glass top costs as much as a stove.
I bought some of the songs you have sent me and loaded them on my ipod shuffle.I can name the mix and it announces the name before it plays.I named it The Duckie shuffle.Hope you are having an excellent Duckie day.

              • Aw, I’m sorry over all the spills mysweetGreenBeret!! If it makes you feel any better, I dropped a full jar of spagetti sauce on my foot last night when I was getting it ready for the chicken. Thankfully it bounced off and rolled across the floor because I don’t have a 60 second rule for sauce. 😀 Sorry that was pathetic. I LOVE having my own file name! Speaking of music, I had more laundry (my own this time) to do, so when I got out to the pump house, turned on the radio, this song came on…. Don’t mind the video is kind of stupid, but imagine instead, me dancing with myself in the pump house lol. It was fun. Then hangin’ the wash on the line to.. needless to say I got some good excersize out there lol. now I need the boys to leave me alone and go to town on this one in the kitchen… which is the most fun song to dance to.

Anyway, sorry, I’ve had to keep my mind on silly stuff today. I’m sorry about the broken glass and all… I hope your evening is better.
PS- I rubbed bounce on all my stuff 😀

It’s the attack of the Crock Pots. When Romney gets elected Tuesday his first executive order should be to outlaw the darn things. They have cost both of us money and misery.Just like Obama.
I remain optimistic but a small part of me is worried.I suppose I am just trying to prepare myself for the worst. It’s similar to war.You don’t go in with the assumption of walking away unscathed.Over confidence is dangerous because you will make mistakes. You learn to utilize the intuitive warning system of fear as a shield against danger.

                • For a minute there, I thought you said attack of the crack pots lol! I guess that would work too 😉 I love mine, but they are a pain.

As for being cautious, that’s why I haven’t posted much on Romney threads. I hope he wins only because we neeed dear leader gone. Other than that, I’m hoping for senate and congress seats so we can hopefully reign in the establishment, including Romney. I know, I live in a dream if I really expect change. But I agree mySweetGreenBeret- my intuitive warning has been flashing yellow for quite a while… don’t want it to turn red, but hope to be prepared if it does.

Have a Beautiful day my dear friend. I’ve got to get ready for church. Hope to see you later. xoxox

                  Pray for VICTORY.

                • I’m praying for God’s Will. 🙂 He’s our ultimate Victory. But yes, I do pray for America. I always have. ((()))s

                • Hi mySweetGreenBeret. Just got home from church and saw that Scoop and Ken decided to take my suggestion and re post the Observations from the Sheriff’s Stoop post. A lot of trolls and passion lately, we need a civility check again. Anyway, I hope your day is going wonderfully. I wanted to send you this song… I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of this group before, but I’ve loved this song for quite a while, and play it a lot when I need peace and a reminder. Please listen to the words mydearGreenBeret whenever your heart is troubled, or your spirit is low. And know, that even though I’m not right there with you, I will never leave you either. (((()))s

Hope to talk soon. Have a beautiful day my sweet friend.

                • I’m pitiful. Having withdrawls lol. I hope you had a good day and evening myGreenBeret. 🙂

          • OK I’ve pestered and stalked enough for today and tonight, but You made my heart melt on this.
I’m glad you stuck with us!!
Hope you’re lost in sweet dreams of lala land by now. Good night myGreenBeret.

            • GreenBeretWay

You know I don’t break the rules.I was being a feisty.facetious little twerp that morning.
As for your “I’m not so beautiful” comment,I beg to differ.Your intellect and integrity are what really matter.Did you know that is more attractive to most men? When you meet some hair brained little idiot that can’t tell you who the vice president is or read the hands on a clock because it’s not digital,I tend to think it may be a lost cause. When I read the comments of the brilliant women here my faith is restored.
And NO I will not follow the rules when it comes to flirting with the smart women here. You are stuck with me,but you all love it.LOL

You are still stuck with me and I still love flirting with beautiful women. Wow, I actually sounded pretty intelligent, not just some guy that knows how to fire a weapon and break stuff. Nice trip down memory lane.

              • You sounded intelligent because YOU ARE!!! I love your comments and always have. 🙂

              • OK, I’m not bugging you again because I haven’t had my SGBW fix today, but was going through some old Scoop again this evening (I have such an exciting life.) And was on the Obama Playlist story. Are you the Guest who posted Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits? If so, you picked another of my all time favorite songs. Have loved that song since… well, I don’t want to show my age again, so I’ll just say forever.
OK. Sorry myGB. Over and out.

                • GreenBeretWay

That was me as the guest.I was just getting to leave for a month or so and was getting sentimental. I sent you the Audra Mae song for Valentine’s Day. Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits,Crazy by Gnarls Barkley. In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins and Country Boy by Aaron Lewis. Crazy is an awesome video you should check it out.I love the Dire Straits video too.

Music is the world’s form of communication.A universal language. I have been in some places that the little kids will ask if they can listen to my ipod and love it.I had one little guy ask me if I knew Michael Jackson. The kids perception is that if we are American we must all know each other. They pretty much know everyone in the tribe or neighborhood and to them that is the WHOLE world. No concept of our population, size or that we have 57 states.

                • I remember the Audra Mae song, but I do love it. It’s a beautiful song. Also love Phil Collins, but better Genesis, one of my all time favorite groups. I remembered that you were going, but I didn’t know you enough yet to know how long or how much I’d miss you when you were gone.
Yes, there’s something about good music. It can soothe or bring a smile and memories. Hope you have a Blessed day mySweetGreenBeret. Did you get a chance to listen to the song “The Promise” Yet?

                • GreenBeretWay

GOOD MORNING DUCKIE! Wipe the sleep out of those beautiful eyes.

It’s crunch time. This should get you going this morning.

I did listen to the promise and went to a video that had the lyrics too.Beautiful song.I worry about my salvation sometimes because of what I do at work. I beg God to have mercy on my soul.

                • Aw not THAT’s what I’m talkin about!! That’s a great wake up song!!! Thank you dear one!!

Now, about this salvation stuff. Do you love the Jesus? Do you confess Him as Lord? It is by faith, not through grace that we are saved mypreciousGreenBeret. I think you know that already, and I happen to take His Word to heart when He tells us,My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. Iand my Father are one.
I too sometimes worry, not about my salvation, for I have seen Him work in my life from time to time when I let Him, but whether or not I am doing what He wants, and showing anykind of fruit of the Spirit. Some days I know I must leave Him disappointed with me.

I hate to make myself all knowing because I am far from it, but I actually wrote something similar here:

Believe me my sweet dear friend, I have done some stuff in my life I am not proud of, and that must have hurt Jesus, but I know He loves me and is always ready to pick me up out of my messes and set me back on His right path again. I feel as though I will get to heaven only on bloody knees, but I am sure that I will get there, and He will be waiting with blood scarred hands to receive me.
I know He will be for you too. Remember mysweetGreenBeret, David was a Soldier too. If you have any more thoughts about this, and would like to know from a military man’s experience, I will send you to an incredible friend, brother, ex military and Gold Star dad. He’s been an blessing and a wise teacher to me.

                  xoxoxoxox (((( ♥ )))s

                • I hope I didn’t go too far mySweetGreenBeret. xoxox

                • Lord sometimes I wish I could talk to you in real time, but I know you have other things besides this place. I really hope I’m not being such a pest. I’m one of those types (stalker) that once I care about someone (stalker) I have a hard time getting them out of my heart when it’s burdened for them. So, I promise, this is the last time I pester you tonight (unless you do come to visit and I haven’t driven you off) just want to leave you with a couple more songs.
I just sang this one to you… and I promise, I did it the best I could and didn’t quite sound like a fog horn. At least I’m able to carrry the notes.

and one of my absolute favorites: I sang this one to you just now too. xoxoxo

I have had this quote on my facebook page for as long as I’ve had the page:

“Lord, You are my Prince of Peace
But this war brings me to my knees
                  See there’s a table You’ve prepared
And all my enemies are there
                  But where my Shepherd leads
                  Where else can I go?
Who else fills my cup till it overflows? ”
                  Caedmon’s Call

                • My dearGreenBeret, I don’t know if you’ll be on again tonight… I hope so, but if not, I want to let you know a couple of things. I told you about a friend, mentor of mine, in my other comment to you. I will leave it in your hands whether or not to contact him. I don’t know if you’re allowed, although I wouldn’t know why not, as he doesn’t have to know who you are either… but he’d be a good one to talk to. I think, (If not, I’ll send them to you sometime) you might have read his sons articles which I have posted here before. I met my friend David through his son Eddie. Eddie was in Iraq at the time. Anyway,he is a good man, ex military and a strong Christian brother. He would be a brother to you in a few ways, and I think he could identify with your situation and burdens because of his own experiences. If you ever want to talk, you can contact him at [email protected]
I will scrub this in a little while, so let me know if you get it. I don’t want to be a pain my dear friend, but you mean the world to me, and I just want to help in any way I can. David is a very likeable guy and not preachy at all, but he speaks in love and truth of Jesus and he has a heart for our military guys. He would have no problem hearing from you. Tell him you’re a friend of Carolyn, and he will know you. I do love you dearly my friend.

I took down the information but I am fine Duckie. I have too much time on my hands right now with a limited work schedule.

We are all apprehensive right now.At work the tension is thick. You have witnessed the events that concern us at work first hand by reading the articles here at Scoop.

Take the frustration you feel and times it by 100.
Throw in a heaping tablespoon of testosterone.
Stir and bake at 450 degrees for four long years.
What comes out of that oven isn’t always a pretty sight.

                • I know. I really do. I’m sorry for being such a pest. I can understand that this election means more to you and our military more than any of us. I’m just glad you’re not kicking me to the curb myGreenBeret. I have that effect on folks sometimes when I get too pushy. ((()))s Thank you for always making me feel like I matter.

                • GreenBeretWay

“Thank you for always making me feel like I matter.”

Because you always do matter Duckie. You are NEVER a pest.

But you are always a friend.

What on Gods green earth has happened in the past that causes you to be so down on yourself. You are brilliant, caring,an incredible Mom,a teacher and probably the most caring person (except my mom) that i have ever met.I pray to God everyday to be blessed by a woman like you. I look forward to seeing the indicator letting me know i have a message waiting for me when I log in. As much as I enjoy everybody here I am elated when I see it is from you.

                • Darn it, I’m tired of crying, but now I am again. I don’t mean to do this. A lot in the past, but it’s supposed to be the past, but it all has a way of creeping in. Sorry myGreenBeret to be such a basketcase. Too much, but I keep going on. Some day Jesus will wipe every tear away from all of us and I do look forward to that day.
I love seeing notifications from you too. It makes my heart lighter every time I talk to you. I am blessed more than I deserve, and you have added so much to my life. I too love our Scoop family, but you are special to me. I really can’t explain it more. Thank you dear one for your sweet way, kind words, and most of all for making my life bloom a little more. xoxoox

                • GreenBeretWay

I have read some of the comments that you have made about being teased and bullied.I have read about the mother in law. I understand the financial issues you have spoken about. I hear the whisper behind some of the comments you make.

I don’t like to dwell on the past either and if we walk along a path looking back over our shoulders we will surely trip on what’s ahead. i think you have learned to break the ties with the past but those evil little demons that haunt me also haunt you sometimes..Exorcism of the weight you carry for whatever reason frees you. It makes your life bloom. You feel as light as a “duck” feather.

I trust in the fate of God beyond all else. He brought me to this site.He showed me the comments you made in vivid color. You stood out and I knew that there would be only a few here that I would befriend on a deeper level.

                • You managed to blow me away here. Made me quite speechless. Aren’t you the one who claimes he’s just some guy “that knows how to fire a weapon and break stuff”? Not that I ever believed you. You have a deepness inside that once in a while comes out and tears my heart because you have such a beautiful way of expressing it. Those things, some of them don’t really bother me much. Some hurt but only like a thorn prick, ouch at first, but quick to heal. Other things I don’t know that they ever heal, no matter how much scar tissue grows over it… those are the things that when Jesus says, cast your burdens, well, I do, but the human side of me, I have forgiven a lot, but some things never completely fade from the deepest part of me no matter how long they’re buried, they seep up every now and then.

I too believe in fate, that God in His way places people and circumstances in our paths to see what we will do with them, and I believe he sent me an angel in Green. While I love my family dearly, there are still some things they just don’t understand about me… sometimes I don’t even understand them myself, but you have a way about you my dear one. You have brought some of the bloom back to this tired and somewhat faded flower and for that, I am blessed and so very grateful. You have certainly stood out to me too in past comments and I have been on the better end of so many of our recent conversations.

I might have used this quote already, and if I have, it’s because it’s such a perfect one..
“What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies.” Augustine.

What is a friend? Someone with whom you dare to be yourself.

                • Good morning my dear friend. I’m scrambling on the computer this morning, having to write out the ballot for the co op kids. They’ll have to vote online on our co op page on facebook because we had to cancel the class. Too many colds 🙁 I’m also busy trolling for trolls, but will be checking in often. (((()))s God is in Control.

                • Sweet dreams myGreenBeretAngel.
No matter what tomorrow brings, God is in Control, He loves you, adores you and so do I.

      • Have a beautiful evening mydearGreenBeret and a Blessed Sunday 🙂

A single rose can be my garden… a single friend, my world. ~ Leo Buscaglia

I have a single JFK Peace Rose blooming in my scraggly garden out front. I stopped to smell it every time I walked by it today. This quote seemed right tonight.

This is for peacefull sweet sleep or a mellow morning quiet time. One of my favorites. God Bless you sweetGreenBeret.

      • GBW “I walked out of the voting booth this morning and felt like a million bucks.” You should, you’re worth more than that. You’re priceless.

      • I miss my sweet friend right now with all of this going on. Hope you’re doing well. I pray we win this tonight for you guys. xoxoxoxo

      • I’m having a slow connection on the main page my dearsweetGreenBeret. My heart is breaking for you guys right now, but our county in Florida is still voting because there were record numbers. We are a very red county, but I don’t think we can carry it all 🙁 I wish I could climb through here and hug you.

      • I am so sorry myGreenBeret. I have no words. No song. I have many prayers, and Bible verses running though my mind, but most of my mind is thinking about you and hoping you’re OK. Please be OK. ((((GB)))) so much. Love duckie.

      • Im still here myGreenAngel.

          The agony of defeat.

          • Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

Psalm 9:9 The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.

My heart is broken for so much, but I know He is with us, He is working. It doesn’t seem to help, sometimes it’s hard to understand or see how He is working, but I have been building up my trust in Him these past few years and I believe He was moving then. He is moving now. It hurts, but not all hurts are bad, nor are all tears evil.

This hurts, but I trust in Him, and I thank Him for those He has brought to me for these times. I thank Him for you. ♥

          • From Special Operations Speak on facebook:

I know most of you are angry, despondent and bewildered – you have every right to feel that way. Let me tell you what SOS is prepared to do about it…

We are forging full steam ahead on our Investigate Beghazigate campaign. This president, this administration is hoping we all act like Karl Rove and the GOP establishment who are all talking about how we lost because we didn’t go far left enough
            to appeal to more moderates.

You and I know that the establishment ran a weak campaign and instead of attacking or even mentioning Benghazigate, Fast and Furious, Forgerygate in the final weeks Romney, Rove and his advisers spent weeks trying to convince the middle and left that Romney would compromise and work with the liberals in congress.

The MSM did not cover Benghazigate, but they would have been forced to if there was even a few hard hitting ads were running paid for by the Romney campaign or Rove.

The POTUS is hoping he killed the Conservatives and the Tea Party….but what he did was kill the establishment GOP.

This group of Special Operations Veterans and Supporters is ready to stand in the gap. Are you with us?

            My answer, a resounding YES!

          • Boy, I’m glad I got to copy down the “warrior princess duckie” part. I see you there 🙂 Sorry you can’t leave some of it up, but I understand. xoxoxo

            • GreenBeretWay

I had to leave that one up.

              Just doing some house cleaning.

              • I understand. Mine look pathetic up there now.. all by their lonesomes 😉
I think I might clean a couple up myself.

If I don’t see you anymore tonight, I hope you have sweet, peacefilled dreams my sweetGreenAngel. This isn’t exactly a lullabye or a morning song, but it’s one of my favorites.

Remember, Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it’s the courage to continue that counts… Winston Churchill.

Have a Blessed night my dear friend. And a Blessed day tomorrow. xoxox

      • Maybe people do think I’m living in a fantasy world, and there’s nothing that this old duck can do. I don’t know myGreenBeret, but this was my heart thoughts nearly 3 years ago, and they haven’t changed much. This is my battle here:

You are ever in my heart. Love Duckie.

        • GreenBeretWay

Tell Scoop to put up a funny video and an open thread this morning. I need to LAUGH so I don’t cry. No point in being miserable. God has our backs ALWAYS.

          • I have your back in prayer too my dear one. I’ll see what I can do. If you looked at my blog post, did you happen to see the Bible verse for today?

          • I just came in from target practice. My arm’s still in shape, but I need more arrows. Good thing I’m going shopping tomorrow and hopefully I can get some while I’m out. I need practice too. Spent just as much time hunting through the brambles for the one good arrow I have left lol, and then spent about 20 minutes picking hitch hikers out of my socks, shirt and hair… ow. Sigh. It was good to get out and do something though. I didn’t break anything, just shot the crap out of an old box. 🙂 I hope you’re doing OK now my sweet friend. I have church tonight, but I’ll be home around 9. If you feel like talking or just to say hello, I’ll be on a little later. xoxoxox myGreenAngel.

            • GreenBeretWay

I went to the range today and used paper targets that are somewhat illegal but nobody is going to snitch me out.Imagine the disappointment you felt last night and that should give you an accurate indication of who was on the target. Whew what a day. Mixed emotions.Up and down. I thought seriously about turning in my resignation, as did many others. I don’t know anymore if I want to be a sitting duck for this guy (no offense to ducks) anymore. I am discussing it with very close allies. After the last incident I know my chances of being a causality increase.Kind of like a cat that only gets nine lives. We will see.
I would have loved watching you fire that bow and taking out that box.Did you have a little short person out there with you.I bet he is a good shot too.

              • I was thinking that’s what you were probably doing. I decided to do the same, even though I imagine more of yours were hitting the target! But it did feel good. I still am kind of up and down too, wondering what to do, but I don’t feel so horrible as I did last night. I think deep down inside, I knew it was going to be this way, I just wasn’t expecting quite the smack down we got though. That’s why I’m glad to see Allen West fighting back today.
I wouldn’t blame any of you guys if you went that route myGreenBeret, resigning I mean. I know it’s who you are, and what you trained and worked so hard for, but honestly, I am in awe that you were able to be under this for as long as you have been. I am with you no matter what. You will always be my dear friend, whether I call you myGBW or my… 😉

As for the practice, I went out on my own for a little while, but then he found me 😉 Sometimes I need to do stuff just me, but yes he actually is quite good at it. We only had the one arrow (others have no more fletching on them) but we shared after my time hunting over the barbed wire and hitch hikers lol.

Maybe some day I’ll figure out a way to send a picture or something, but since you’re not allowed on facebook, well… maybe some day. I’m camera shy though- but I did get a picture of all the hitch hikers on my sock 🙂

Have a good evening my dear sweet Green Beret. I’ve got to get ready for church. I’ll be back later if you’re still on here,I’ll see you then. xoxo

              • Seems like a fitting place to post this song. I always post it on my facebook on the 8th of November. xoxoxoxo our Troops and our Veterans. (((())))s to you mysweetGreenBeret ♥

              • I’m having angel withdrawls again. I’m getting trolls messing with me and I’m getting snippy. I think those are withdrawl symptoms aren’t they?
I have missed you today. Got some arrows when I went shopping. I couldn’t find any blunt tips for target practice though, out of season again already. Guess I’ll have to drag myself to the south part of the county and hit Pro Bass. But that’s OK. I love that place. So, did some more target practice again… and still need more practice lol, although I’m getting closer to the bulls eye.

Listening to music out there too. Zach Brown came on and I thought of you. This isn’t a Zach Brown band song, but I love it…

Hope you’re doing OK myGreenBeret. Have a Blessed evening my dear sweet friend. xoxo Duckie.

I just got this by looking at your activity. They don’t come into email because it is directed to “Guest” Who and what trolls are messing with you? I had a feeling you would be working overtime fighting the little gloating punks. Get the arrows out and nail em.

                • You just made my whole day. I’m took care of them- they were drive bys anyway. I’m on a whole new roll now, getting frustrated about other stuff- on Mark Levin Amnesty one right now. I didn’t even get an alert for this, I just came over here because I missed my friend and was feeling sorry for myself 😉 I am smiling now. See what you do? xoxoxo

I think we need to find another thread. We have managed to wear this one out too.

This man is like the terminator, he seeks out evil wherever it is, and weeds it out…Proud he is on our side…You better think twice if you want to sit with him..

Everyone has probably already seen this one but it’s one of my favorites…Don’t mess with West..

He made one mistake: he walked into the perfect ambush and was unable to withdraw.

    • colliemum

I love that video! It’s one of my favourites as well.

If he were the Sec of Defense – we can start watching the muslim brotherhood crawl into their holes, never to dare see the light of day again.

    • Thank you deeme, I need to get out more, never seen this one…

I respect LtCol West and he was my 1st choice on the national level.
Even though GOV Romney was my 2nd to last choice due to his left wing policies, I am now 100% for the Republican party nominee for survival of our great nation.

What would really tickle my fancy, that President Romney nominated LtCol West as our Sectary of Defense.

He’d be my choice for the marterial law that will be implemented on ALL federal employees (States will be pressured later), from the President on down!

If you clean house, do it right and send a message that is is NOT BUSINESS as USUAL in government.

    • iHeartLife

I WANT TO SIT WITH HIM! lol…Shark tank – perfect!

  • armyvet10

Two things that I noticed in this short video clip.

First was the fact that Col Allan West used no threatening words or actions, but simply asked this person to leave. He gave clear reasons as to why this person was not welcomed there. This event when contrasted against the OWS folks mannerisms shows Col West and many conservatives have grace under pressure and opposition while the OWS folks use threatening words and actions to silence those that disagree with them.

Second, once the tracker decided to leave, and I will add peacefully, all those on the trackers path were non-aggressive and even polite. I would not expect the same from the NBPP or other progressive groups that look towards people like Eric Holder, Anthony Weiner, Chris Matthews and others for guidance as how to act.

This same calm collected manner can be seen and is displayed everyday in the Republican Challenger, Gov Mitt Romney. When you include the grace shown by Ann Romney the choice for President is clear (it is Romney not Obama)

One last thing. For any person that would point to Romney’s son wanting to punch Obama in the face; as a strike against Mitt Romney, I will simply ask you this. What child in this world wouldn’t want to defend their parents, especially when the love those parents with all their heart. And besides, Romney’s son isn’t running for the office of President, Mitt is.

  • MominNV

    LOVE IT!

  • John3_3

That’s why I love him so much!

  • NeedMyCoffee

Don’t get me wrong, I respect and admire Lt. Col. West, but I don’t really understand what she was doing that caused him to ask her to leave. He appears to be speaking in a public location, not at a private service, and she didn’t seem to be causing a disruption, just filming his speech. He’s running for re-election so any speech he gives in a public venue is going to have political undertones and is open to criticism from his opponents.

I haven’t followed West’s campaign closely so I may just be missing some information here. Has he had issues with this woman in the past?

    • Joe

With all due respect to You

      She showed

NO RESPECT to the MEMORIAL EVENT taking place –

      This was not a rally

      • Yup, she was there to play her gotcha games and didn’t give a fig about the fact that it was a Memorial!

        • Suzyqpie

Democrats, as configured today, do not recognize or respect the Military of The United States of America. The Leftist World View is threatening our continued existence. SoS Hilliary Clinton said, “We freed Benghazi, we saved Benghazi from destruction.” As if there such a thing as Muslim gratitude?

      • NeedMyCoffee

Hey Joe, thanks so much for answering my question about what she did other than film a congressional candidate making a speech at a public place. You’re a real peach.

        • Howard Ochs

Just like Wolfie said, GOTCHA GAMES. Much like what you are doing right now. Did she have a right to be there? Well, yes, I suppose she did. He asked her to leave, to which she peacefully complied. Just what is your problem with that? He was there speaking at a memorial and her presence made him uncomfortable. If you were around me, I’d probably ask you, politely, to leave because you make me uncomfortable. Whether you do or not is on you, but maybe this woman had enough class and dignity to leave peacefully. But I suspect it was shame.

    • iHeartLife

That’s a good point. You have to remember that when it comes to anything military, Lt. Col. West takes it personally because not only has he served, but his family (bros, dad, granddad (I think) and even his father-in-law) too. So he’s there, not for political purposes in asking for votes and what not, (he’s put that aside for now), but from his heart, to participate in an event honoring veterans past who served in the Vietnam War. So it’s something that is near and dear to him. Not political. So it’s no surprise he became indignant that his “tracker” was making it so.

  • I find it amazing that the libs think every activity is about politics.
They stupidly think these a memorals to those who gave their lives for this country should be about them.
They have no respect for the dead, or what they died for.
The normal lib-communist disrespect for anything American, and those that died for their country.

  • Nukeman60

You show me a person who is attacked both by the progressive left and the RINO Republicans and I’ll show you a person I would vote for any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Allen West is just this sort of man. He has fought despicable ads from the left and a re-organization of the district just to shut him down and there is no way this man will be shut up or shut down.

He has way too much integrity, honor, and character and they don’t really know what to do about him. I do. Vote West if you are in his district.

    • proudhispanicconservative

From someone that lives here in Florida, I can tell you that they are running despicable ads against him, and he doesn’t back down, he responds with devastating ads, and occasionally throws one that talks about a positive agenda. If every republican ran their campaign like him, there would not be any democrat in power because he calls it as it is.

    • colliemum

He is the image of a fearless patriot, who knows what’s right and what isn’t, and who will not step off his path for political expediency.

If I could, I’d do like you: vote for him every day and twice on Sunday!

      • Yeah, only Democrats can do that. It’s how they win every election.

        • colliemum

Equal opportunity – if they can, we can!

          • You’re forgetting the Code of the Libtards. It’s only wrong when WE do it! When they do it, it’s “get out the vote” when we even joke about doing it, it’s RACIST!!

            • colliemum

Time for us to shred their Code, and retaliate. Laugh at them and their stupid code. Laugh in their faces and and do what is right for the country.

              • Oh we are… Time for Tea… It’s going to taste like the best tea ever made on the morning of Nov 7th!

              • Nukeman60

That is the big difference between them and us. We make jokes about multiple voting (and would never do it) while they actually feel it’s a good strategy.

I bring up Rules for Radicals by Alinsky and The Little Blue Book by Lakoff to them every chance I get. I want them to know that I am familiar with their code books and their techniques won’t work anymore. It puts the fear of God into them. As well it should.

      • keyesforpres

You mean like Obama voters? 🙂

  • Liberals, we do not have patience anymore, stop provoking. You will not like the end result.

  • sjmom

Good for Col. West! The Dems have no respect nor honor.

  • LibLoather

This bimbo needs to tour Iran in an open jeep. That’ll learn her.

  • SurfinCowboy

I didn’t think it was going to be shot from her perspective! This was interesting for that.

I agree with Scoop, I would have liked to heard the whole speech. If you find it, throw it up!

  • NJK

    Lieut Nathaniel Grigsby

Apparently the Democrats were considered traitors even in Lincoln’s day.

  • Suzyqpie

I respect Rep Allen West. I sent him a check, do the same if you can. Allen West’s extemporaneous speaking skills rival anyone I’ve every seen. He always has interesting lapel pins that he never explains. I wish he would, but I speculate they are service awards. I know great warriors never talk about their battle achievements. I know that from the warriors in my family, I report with pride.

    • Juan_Rico

One is a Master Parachutist Badge- silver wings with a star and wreath on top. The golden wings appear to be some sort of foreign jump wings. The crest appears to be one that identifies him as a member of the 112th Congress.

      • Suzyqpie

Thanks juan, I hope that the silver wings are displayed with greater pride than 112.

        • Juan_Rico

For Master wings you have to not only complete Jump School, you also have to complete Jumpmaster School and you need a minimum number of jumps of various types (it used to be 65 total iirc) including night time and day time tactical (full combat gear) jumps as well as a large number of jumps as Jumpmaster (not sure on that number). It usually takes at least five or six years on active airborne status to get them. In other words, they’re no joke.

          • Mike Florey

No joke indeed. Balls the size of church bells.

  • Gothampc

I hope he runs for POTUS one day. He is an awesome American!

  • Those who have died on the battlefield abroad for the sake of liberty and freedom….Honor them! And never forget the sacrifices (they) have made for the cause of liberty and freedom will always be remembered.
Thanks for men of courage like the great Lt. Colonel Congressman Allen West of Florida. That the very principles of the Declaration of Independence. And the ideals and laws of our Constitution will forever live on due to the brave souls that were lost in defense of them.
God bless all who have serve and who are serving now. And honor them daily for the very freedoms we take for granted, they (our military) do not.

Thank you david r, I’m usually asleep by now. Courage….Courage…..Courage. We don’t hear about courage that much any more.

  • What a fine example of a true American. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Lt.Col.Allen West!

  • DINORightMarie

I guess she had SOME shred of respect. She left.

But with a verbal SPANKING from the Colonel (retired)!

Thanks! I needed that bit of cheering up. 😀

  • She left just because she was embarrassed by West pointing her out? She could have invoked her rights to stay and film the public event. If West said something crazy or something that could have easily been taken out of context to appear crazy, she would have missed it. It’s her job to follow West everywhere so that Democrats can catch things that he says that they disagree with.

Why would they need to do that? Normally his opponent just makes up lies to put in his ads…..remember the ad of Col. West punching an old lady???

    • iHeartLife

She’d have to make things up because his speech was to commemorate veterans of the Vietnam War. Nothing political so waste of her time.

Let me see if I have this right. The Liberal media, and the Left, against Colonel Allen West.

Good luck, would be my first thought. Hope you brought your lunch.

    West is a true American.

  • iHeartLife

I wonder why she posted the video of herself being asked to leave? Does she like to be embarrassed?

Here’s another one of her being kicked out of a restaurant. This time she did use the “I don’t have too. It’s a public place,” reason. It failed as you’ll see why. But she’s sniffing even before she leaves.

I think she has allergies and she’s not really crying at all.

    • She wanted people to think Allen West is a big bad meanie … or something to that effect 🙂

      • iHeartLife

I think so. I posted the link if you haven’t seen it. Thanks for replying or I wouldn’t have noticed.

Git yer azz outta Dodge, beeyatch.

  • The little crybaby posted it to try to make West look bad, it back-fired. Just like the Obama strategy against Romney using Bain Capitol, and the mythical Republican war on women, and the accusations that Romney was responsible for a woman’s death because of a lost job, and others. And just like his efforts to use the Benghazi attacks against Romney will fail. After 5 decades of Democrat fear mongering, enough Americans are finally on to them and simply aren’t falling for it anymore. Sadly there are still about 30% of Americans that are too stupid or too naive to see through it. I hope Romney wins the popular vote by 60% and gets about 325-360 electoral votes so that their efforts at election fraud will fail like all of their other tired old shtick. They are a party devoid of ideas and should be a defunct party after this disaster of a POTUS they shoe-horned into office. Tea Party activists and constitutional conservatives need to form a new party to fill the void and take on the GOP establishment and the RINOS to save this country. They’ll have my votes.

Zombies. These people have no sense of other. It’s all about them.

  • bobemakk

He is one of the best republican politicians available for a cabinet position and Sec. of Defense is #1. Romney for president, and I am sure he will pick West for this position or another important cabinet spot. Great video.

ALLEN WEST: There are no men in the Republican Party who have the courage, the character nor the esteem of the American people to stand up in public and ACCUSE Obama the criminal of Malfeasance in office. You must do it.

McConnell will not, Boehner will not. Nobody believes McCain, Graham is a dishrag. The other Tea Party Conservatives are too young, too enthusiastic.

Now is the time to come to the aid of your country. You are the man with the record of fearless ness.

    Time is running out.
