TMZ caught up with Rudy Giuliani today at an airport and asked him about his comments that Trump can’t be indicted.

C’mon. Rudy didn’t even bring up Trump’s comment about shooting someone on fifth avenue, the reporter did. Rudy simply responded that it was just a metaphor and obviously Trump isn’t going to do that.
I know this is just a tweet and not an article, but it still irks me the way it was written to make Rudy look stupid.
In any event, I thought the exchange was entertaining. Rudy answered the reporter’s questions pointing out that a president must first be impeached before he can be indicted. Once impeached, he can be indicted like any other person.
