Joe Arpaio is a good, decent, branve and honorable man who is standing when many are sticking their head in the sand. Joe and his investigative team are right all the way around. Obama should not be in the White House for many reasons and the main one is that he is not eligible another one is he is not fit if he was eligible. Put his phony and criminal azz in jail.
I just love how these phoney journalists like Soledad read a quote from a newspaper editorial as though it is the word of GOD. These people are so lazy and lacking in intellectual curiosity they don't do any investigation or make any effort to fairly consider these issues they just take turns pushing the Democrat party talking points by quoting each other regurgitating the Democrat party talking points.
O'Brien's arrogance makes me puke. And that sing-song teenage voice. Please. Physically, you are an adult. Allow your brain to catch up.
The problem isn't the fact that Sheriff Joe is going to enforce the law; the problem is that the federal government DIDN'T enforce the law, thereby allowing millions to flow into this country unchecked. How dare the liberals blame Joe for a problem that was created by so-called "compassionate" liberals. If they were so damned compassionate, they wouldn't have let this problem fester the way it has. This problem can be stemmed and stopped, right now! Seal the border. If we had the will power to do so, we could stop the flow of illegals in a month's time but the will to do so isn't there.
Obama signed that executive order for one reason; to secure illegal votes. In his hollow, little mind, he thinks that any vote should be counted, regardless of where it comes from. If he had his way, he would have entire socialist countries voting in our election. He simply doesn't care. He's already shown that he hates our political system, he hates our Constitution and our way of life.
God I detest the Communist News Network. This dolt doesn't seem to understand the word "ILLEGAL" as in against the Law. It makes no matter who brought them here, they are committing a crime just by being in the country illegally. If it wasn't for CNN - and their cohorts - corruption, this Alien problem would be solved....
Well, she did smirk a lot less than she usually does at her conservative
guests. That is an improvement. Good for Sheriff Arpaio. He swears to
uphold the law and he does!
Only reason Obama made this executive order to give illegals driver license and other things on election year is so he can get around the voter id laws that have been put in place.
Ms. O'Brien watched what she said to her guest and at least feigned some respect, for a change. That was a clever move.
Go Sheriff Joe!
He is another great fighter against Obama, Holder and the illegals. Arizona seems to have a monopoly on the toughest fighers we have on the issue at the moment, lol.
Thanks Scoop - but it's been a bad Soledad week enough for me - she makes my blood pressure rise!
You are looking at one of the last true Patriots in this country who is standing in front of those who are taking us every day toward a Socialist nation. God Bless Him.
If this country is to survive the Democrat party must come to terms with the fact that the federal government was not founded as a charitable organisation. Providing charity was not the intent of the federal government! Charity is wonderful when given of ones free will. Remove free will and charity has no meaning. YOU CANNOT IMPOSE CHARITY! Free will as given to us by God himself is paramount!
Interesting how Soledad O'Brien doesn't try to f**k with Sheriff Joe like she tries to do with the other guest who appear on her lame show.
Arizona has b@lls and that's the kind of leadership our country needs. Gov Brewer and Sheriff Joe rock!
I venture to say that some people will move to Arizona because of people like Governor Brewer and Sheriff Joe. Then again, they have John McCain. Aside from being a war hero, he is a flop as a politician. Arizona is not a bad place, if you can endure the heat.
Issuing driver's licenses is a state right not a federal duty, the Congress has no say over the matter. Also, driver's licenses are issued by the state not a local sheriff.
In fighting Arizona's immigration law, the Administration argued that setting immigration policy was the job of the federal government and not the states. In fighting this illegal attempt to win over latino voters, states should look at the Constitution. Article 1, Section 8 states that "The Congress shall have Power ... To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization". The power to set immigration policy is explicitly given to the Congress and NOT to the Executive branch. What Obama has done is an unConstitutional powergrab and should be treated as such.
Does anyone find it ironic that these people are standing in lines by the thousands to get the amnesty paperwork that costs them $500 to do so and they are not complaining one bit, but the same crowd is decrying the travesty that it costs them $5-$20 to get an ID for voting? Hmmm...
I'm a little confused here. People standing in line that are illegal shouldn't be able to get a driver's liscense to vote. I know the left wants them to be able to vote via killing the crackdown on voter fraud so they won't even need a driver's liscense to vote, but that's a little different. So I'm not sure what you mean.
It's probably not you, by the way. I'm infamous for misunderstanding people, lol.
I'm not talking about the people in line. I'm talking about the people that are complaining photo IDs are stopping other people from voting because they cost $5-$20, while they don't make a squeak when it will cost 'their people' $500 to get amnesty. Keep in mind these people in line are their future constituents.
And btw, it's not necessarily a driver's license, but a photo ID, period.
Edit: State requirements to vote:

Yeah, that's true. Libs say there is no evidence of voter fraud so it must be true, lol.
Not only is what you say a contradiction in their complaints, but they don't seem too worried about the military vote, either. They sue every election to try to get a lot of them blocked. That's the only evidence I need to see their character for what it really is.
No, no. I think I worded it poorly. Thank you for bringing it up. You never hear someone come out and say, "I want to vote, but I don't have the $5 for a photo ID". It's always some political pundit saying, "But, but, there are 10% of the voting public that are without an ID and you're stopping them from doing so because they just can't afford the $5".
I haven't heard a single person come out and say, "Hey, these poor illegals can't afford the $500 to get their amnesty". I'm assuming the illegals are better off financially than 10% of the legal voting populace. One wonders where they get the money if they actually need this amnesty to get a job.
They must all be winning the lottery on a daily basis. Lucky them.
Ah....gotcha! See, I told you I was good at misunderstanding. I re-read your original post and now it seems so obvious what you meant. :)
I'm betting the States will waive the fee for ID's for folks who are on SSI or SSDI, foodstamps, or any other of a host of other support programs that require ID's in order to receive benefits.
iirc georgia was going to fully cover the costs for anyone that needed an id.
I may be remembering wrong though.
Yep, it just shows the scam artists at work. Plus the fact that every state that has voter ID laws allows that person, who is trying to vote without an ID, the chance to vote a provisional ballot. The left never mentions that. It doesn't fit the agenda.

Joe should offer to help Soledad go under cover as an illegal alien in Mexico. Let her find out what happens to someone who is caught without papers in old Mexico.
The sheriff is right. This is all about politics and Obama buying votes. It's not about concern for anyone but himself, especially all of us who are citizens.
I love Sheriff Joe! Why does Soledad have to be so hot? It would be much easier to talk smack on her if she looked like Maddow.
Love, love, love Sheriff Joe! He is a true Oath Keeper! I remember when there was the big controversy during the time of SB1070 and the DOJ going after Joe, a reporter asked him if he was worried about the politics. In typical straight face Joe fashion he replied "I wasn't appointed by some political hack, I was elected by the people to uphold the law and keep them safe and that's what I do."
When the O's DOJ went after him - he was like "bring it on". Let's get to discovery so I can see your evidence. He would not let Holder intimidate him or determine how he would run his department.
Then there were complaints about the food served to the inmates (it wasn't "nutritional") the county annexed additional land to him and he set up a huge vegetable farm that the inmates run. Whatever vegies aren't used at the facility, are sent to a farmers market and the profits go back to the facility to offset the cost of the facility. The county wins!
When there were complaints about his tent cities in the hot desert heat, his response was, if you don't want to be there, don't break the law. He got a little angry and also added, if you think they have it bad here, how do you think our troops feel in Afghanistan in full gear?
He also implemented a dog rescue program which relieved the country animal shelters of over crowding and saved many, many dogs from being euthanized. Inmates with good behavior were given the privilege to care and train their dog so it would be adoptable. The adoption fees well offset the cost of the dog food and care. Another win for the county (as well as the furry friends).
I wish there was a reporter who would focus on the great things he has done for his county. He may not win a personality contest, but what a great guy!
According to Obama, Sheriff Joe didn't build that. No, he didn't do that. He needed roads, bridges, and a fancy jail to achieve what he did. He had to have some teacher or guiding force in his life. It seems to me Sheriff Joe is a teacher, guiding force, and innovator...no thanks to the government.
For the male inmates: Pink Bologne, to go with their pink boxers, and pink socks.
Did you know he also has one of the very few female chain gangs? They do work on the local highways, and around the city of Phoenix.
Yet they all seem to like and respect him, and when he visits they reach out to shake his hand and ask for autographs.
I believe the inmates respect him. Aside from the fury friends he has saved, can you imagine how many lives he's turned around to becoming productive citizens?
He must me doing something right, considering his enemies (DOJ, ACLU, illegal advocates, MX....... etc.)
I agree. If you're angering the Obama DOJ, ACLU, and other so-called equal rights and humanitarian organizations; you must be doing something right.
I totally agree.
Awhile back, there was a show on a local PHX channel highlighting the dogs/prisoners, and it really showed how they became responsible. In many cases it was the first time they had something to take care of, love, and that loved them back. It gave them purpose.
The deferment is only for 2 years. Can they make a special law for DL's which expire in 2 years? What's the cost to the state? What's the point?
Joe say we can talk about the problem We're the greatest country in the world we can solve problem.
But it's pretty hard to talk when some pretend American/Closet, dog-munching Muslim is using a nation of slaves and traitors to jam laws down my throat. Doesn't put me in the mood to "chat", Sollydead.
Great bumper sticker today: "LEGALIZE THE CONSTITUTION"
Soledad O'Brien is a pathetic reporter. She is not a virtuous person. There is no truth in her. What a sick, sick, sick human being.
Today Joe B's friend received $20 million to start a business in -- where? the Ukraine.
