A woman used Facebook live to broadcast what happened after her boyfriend was shot during a traffic stop.
She claims that he informed the officer that he was a legal gun owner and had a gun in the vehicle – the police shot him 3 or 4 times when he reached for his license.

Police shot a man during a traffic stop in suburban Minneapolis, prompting his girlfriend to make frenzied calls for help via a Facebook livestream.
St. Anthony’s interim chief Jon Mangseth confirmed that the unidentified man had been shot by one of his officers during a traffic stop Wednesday evening.
The man’s condition was not immediately known, though a video posted to Facebook by a woman named Lavish Reynolds showed him bleeding.
Mangseth said the victim had been taken to a local hospital, and was in unknown condition.
If she’s right, that cop should be in a lot of trouble. That’s exactly what you’re supposed to do as a legal gun owner – to think he was shot over it is really troubling.
