By The Right Scoop

The left is trying to turn this ‘binders’ comment by Romney into some sorta gaffee or something. I mean, it’s so stupid that it’s almost funny. And here’s Biden’s attempt from today:

So this is all they’ve got? Binders and Big Bird? This is utterly pathetic.

I don’t normally quote youtubers, but this one is on point:

Well, if you can’t run on your record… talk about binders.

Well said.

I don’t understand why people are up in arms with Mitt Romney saying he was handed a ‘binder of women’ – What do people think happens to their resumes after they submit them? They are filed away, probably in binders. Why were the women excluded from the male applicants? No clue. It was Romney who wanted to include them together. So sick of ‘gaffe’ hunters.

    • Orangeone

      Most resume’s are tossed nowadays.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_IQIGXRVWW5XRETNV25R4FATCOM ssenecal5000

        Bidne “come to my house”
Huh? It makes no sense unless he has good women tied up at his house.

Just like the Big Bird “outrage” this phony bindergate is just stupid I hope O4A does ads on this LOL

        • Orangeone

I don’t know if he was referring to his wife or daughters.  Either would be worthless to interview.

    • SineWaveII

This wasn’t even a gaffe. Romney went on for a long time describing in detail how he and his staff searched for the very best women for his staff. He mentioned the binders in the last line when he was describing how many capable women they had been able to find. But dumb dim low-IQ Obama heard the word “binders” and thought it was funny. This is “big bird” all over again.
By the way speaking of “binders of women” isn’t that how the Arkansas state troopers brought the info on the available women to then governor Bill Clinton?

      • TugboatPhil

I think that according to James Carville, Clinton had the Arkansas State Troopers drag a $100 bill tied to a string, through a trailer park to see what they could catch.

    • bobemakk

Joe Biden is a buffoon and any of his comments are ridiculous, and at the VP debate he made an A$$ of himself.

    • Chevypowered

It’s called “desperation.” Democrats are latching on to anything that they can use as a weapon. If Mitt Romney passed gas the new meme would be; “If Romney can’t control his flatulence how can he control America’s enemies!”

  • http://www.facebook.com/david.sams.944 David Sams

    WTF is he talking about?

    • PhillyCon

      Second this.

    • SineWaveII

Well it’s Joe you know…so (spinning finger next to temple) who knows.

Words can’t express how I despise joe biden. How has this obnoxious, obtuse individual survived so many years in politics????? I guess we’ll never have the satisfaction of getting rid of him???

    • sjmom

After Jan I would think his political career would be over. He’s 69 now so he’ll probably retire, at least I hope so.

    • 3seven77

I used to think Biden was just a buffoon. But after that VP debate my opinion of Biden went through the floor. Ryan came prepared to have a serious debate on the issues and Biden treated the occasion like party night at the frat house.

      Biden’s just an @sshole.

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/YA62HBD3S76F5IGKWVUOLFRFMY Joseph

This is a common practice in many corporations and smaller companies. In fact, I use to hire “head hunters” to find the type of people I was looking for. They would research the position, people in the business that had fine reputations and work ethics, and assemble a binder with candidates they felt were the best at what they did. They would then present us with all the candidates and we would determine who we thought would best fit our needs and then give them parameters to work within when recruiting. Mind you these are not people that have applied for any position, we went after the best people we could get and we were willing to pay top dollar for their talents. If Biden or Obama had any business sense at all, they would know this is the only way to be succesful – you can’t be successful with friends and cronies!

    • Orangeone

Obama and Biden have no desire for capitalism to succeed. They want it to fail and have people dependent on the gov’t. It is the only way they can stay in control and stroke their egos.

  • PhillyCon

I seriously question the Obama braintrust and the supposed geniuses (i.e. Axelrod) who keep this guy front and center. But hey, go for it.

  • Sober_Thinking

    These clowns have blinders on.

Once we take out the trash in January, it’ll be nice to have someone serious in the White House for a change.

  • sjmom

The Left is a sad lot. They may hay out of sand and when they are losing as they are now they become desperate. Desperation causes fear and fear makes mistakes. Twenty more days and we are on our way to getting our country back.

    • freenca

In his own words: “If I had not gone into politics, I would have had to get a real job.” Joe Biden. What an a##!

  • sjmom

Can someone help me? I have been looking for the Senate polls for NJ my home state and can’t find them. I want rid of Menendez. FYI-he’s running against Kyrillos.

    • PhillyCon
      • sjmom

        Thank you.

    • RosiesSeeingRed

New Jersey Senate – Kyrillos vs. Menendez Quinnipiac Menendez 55, Kyrillos 37 Menendez +18

      From RealClearPolitics.
      http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/senate/

I’m in NJ too…. It’s only the Quinnipiac poll …. They’ve been oversampling democrats, but probably not by THAT much. However, I take solace in the fact that the night before Christie was elected, he was down in the polls by a few points, and he won by a pretty big margin the next day. Keep the hope!

      • sjmom

        Gotta move.

        • RosiesSeeingRed

I told my husband, if we move, we’re going to the reddest of red states where no liberal would be caught dead living.

The only thing that is keeping Menendez ahead is name recognition. I don’t know about you, but I’ve barely seen any ads on TV, and nothing has come in the mail from either campaign.

          • sjmom

Haven’t seen anything but Pa. ads for Casey/Smith. I am in the Phila market and the NJ GOP never does anything around here. If I hadn’t seen a sign I wouldn’t even know who is running for Congress in the district. I’m with you I’m going to a red state.

            • RosiesSeeingRed

sjmom, I was just reading up on some NJ news on a local site. Christie’s approval rating is at 56%, and Romney is only 5.8% behind Obama. When you factor in the skew, Romney’s probably tied with Obama in NJ, which is why Dick Morris keeps alluding to the fact that he thinks NJ could go red.

I’m in northern NJ in the NYC suburbs. There are barely any signs around. I’ve only seen a few Kyrillos signs, none for Menendez. No TV ads, nothing in the mail. It’s really WEIRD.

I don’t know… maybe it’s wishful thinking on my part, but something strange is going on, and I think there’s going to be voting straight down the (R) column on election day.

              • jim Asherman

                I’m in NJ.
I have seen plenty of Menendez ads.
                Even in Spanish .
I would settle for having Bob Torricelli back.

I have seen one Romney bumpersticker and two for Obama .

                • RosiesSeeingRed

                  I know what you mean.

Well, Kyrillos may not be able to pull it out, but I definitely think Romney has a chance here. Every vote will count in NJ.

              • sjmom

From your computer to God’s ears.

              • Nukeman60

I haven’t even seen many Obama signs here in Illinois. I thought I saw one the other day, but it was just a foreclosure sign with an Obama logo on it. Figures.

            • Orangeone

Someone on this wonderful site has the handle “Ineedacountry”. I say let’s start our own and run it the way our forefathers wanted the US to be run, of, by and for the people.

  • WordsFailMe

This article/insight by James Carville explains the American Democratic party better than anything can. When you read it you won’t believe how perfectly Carville describes the entitlement trough wallowing generations, the enemies of freedom and traitors in this country.

Carville: “,,, The reason I became a Democratic operative instead of a Republican was because there were more Democrats that didn’t have a clue than there were Republicans….”

Since reading this short article, I have a whole new respect for Democratic Campaign Consultants, Gabon Vipers, Brown Spiders, the Taipan “Two-Step” Snake, Mexican Scorpions, Texas Fire Ants, Serial Rape-Murderers and African Americanized Bees.

    http://moonbattery.com/?p=19239

    • WordsFailMe

Correction; I have been ably advised that “African Americanized” should be hyphenated as “African-Americanized.” (h/t Mrs. WFM)

  • tsturbo

Honestly, how can anyone be so fuc-in brain dead stupid that they cannot understand that Obama is a demagogic, reprobate pathological liar? Or, they are so morally bankrupt, like Obama, that they just don’t care about facts and morality?

America, you are looking at your enemy. These fools are a direct threat to you and your families. Recognize them for what they are, and treat them accordingly.

    • aposematic

      Well said!

  • poljunkie

Yep, CNN has an article on the binder thing too by Maria Cardova- she was the Hilary spokes person who switched to Obama in ’08.

Honestly, if I was looking for a job and I ended up in one of the binders I would have been happy. I dont know why the Dems are being so juvenille.

    • RosiesSeeingRed

I know! So they DON’T want to be considered for executive and cabinet positions?? I don’t get it.

      • notebene

Remember Dimocrats don’t advance because of doing their job well! They advance through mob intimidation, affirmative action, and by making deals with the devil.

    • Orangeone

We need to look back at the time period in which Mitt was Governor. It’s not like email and online applications were the in-thing! Binders were very common.

    • aposematic

They are just appealing to their base…

  • RosiesSeeingRed

He Joe! 65% vs. 34% say Romney would do better on the economy! Put that in your binder!

    • marketcomp

      Right On, RosieSeeingRed!

  • marketcomp

Well as said by Joe himself in the debate, “I always mean what I say.” No truer words spoken by the buffoon known as Joe Biden.

  • Nukeman60

I gotta give Biden a hat tip for a job well done. Since the new poll that came out today showing Romney leading Obama 51% to 45%, that means Paul Ryan won the VP debate (like anyone here doubted that). Biden single-handedly put Romney over 50%.

Thanks again, Joe. We all know you mean what you say. :)

  • jim Asherman

Those binders ought to go well with his chains.

    • WordsFailMe

LOL–And they can stack the binders on the empty chair Hi Jim. Welcome to Right Scoop my friend! Did you catch the picture on the RosiesSeeingRed post?

These losers are getting desperate. Isn’t it amazing the lack of imagination in the liberal mind?

      http://twitchy.com/2012/10/17/it-begins-protesters-already-dressing-as-binders-for-some-reason/

        Thank you.
I am enjoying your perspective as well.
I don’t get it. It was obvious what Romney meant.
That is all they have left.
Adolescent giggling. And dress-up of course.

        • WinMissouri

They have never been in business. They do not understand research is compiled, organized, reviewed etc. Then a business person uses that information to make knowledge based decisions. Their method is a dart board at their list of talking points.

  • Army_Pilot1967

Okay, Joe is an idiot…plain and simple. ‘Nuff said.

  • notebene

It’s astounding to think that for the last four years this idiot has been a heartbeat away from the highest office in the world! He’s an ignorant, insecure, and extremely desperate bully. That he has been in Congress for more than 40 years really shows how ignorant his constituents must be. This was the best Delaware could send to represent itself? Really slim pickings in that state!

    • jim Asherman

Delaware is kind of, New Jersey’s Mexico.

    • Erc Seitz

If you want to know why our country is in the state it’s in right now look no further than Biden and all the other people that have been allowed to make a career out of being a Senator or Congressman.

I don’t care what party you’re from, fresh faces bring fresh ideas.

      • notebene

Term limits need to be imposed on House and Congressional members! Enough with the life long draining on the public funds to pad private wallets. These are elitist, leeches that need to be thrown out of office!

  • Erc Seitz

What the heck is Biden talking about? Binders? SO what binders. What’s the joke?

  • joyfulgiver

Wow, Joe… so classy! and what about that group of very patriotic “folks” standing behind you? Ha.

Ever notice there is hardly any red, white and blue in the background for O or B. Just saying!

Leftists will soon claim “binders” is a code word for misogyny…. and racism too, for good measure.

  • http://twitter.com/WinstonCN Winston Smith

    Creepy

  • williamm

Biden claims he sits with Obama on average of 4-6 hours evertday.

Actually the man he sits with 4-6 hours everyday is probably Jack Daniels.

    • jim Asherman

Well that is a waste of everyone’s time.
What are they doing for 4-6 hours ? X-Box ?

  • Landscaper

    Think about it Joe:
He RUNS businesses (plural on business) with MANY employees. People with ALOT of employees have BINDERS with records. Many BINDERS. It means he CREATES JOBS.

You and Obama wouldn’t have a freaking clue about this. An inexperienced “community organizer” and a burned-out “career” politician.

  • Rocco11

    Those people are pathetic…

  • AmyInWI

I smell desperation and fear in the air… All of Obama & his truth team tweets were aimed at our lady parts today – and it was complete overkill. It was also hilarious that #emptybinders was trending a couple times today. Along with #emptychair. LOL

First Big Bird, now Binders – wonder what kind of desperate & idiotic thing it will be next week?

  • AbdulBX
  • kamiller42

Biden needs to be smacked on the head with a binder.

    • Sandra123456

      Maybe his bowels need binding.

    • Orangeone

Filled with a ream of paper please.

  • Sandra123456

Joe Biden is a good example of why:

    1. We need term limits, or

    2. We need national election of Senators. So we all have a say in determining who effects all our lives, or

    3. We return Senators to the way our Founding Fathers intended them to be, appointed by each state as that state’s Ambassador to the Federal Government, not Panderers with the authority to tax.

  • PVG

I think Joe has a future in the circus!

Bite-me has a stash of qualified women at his house? Interesting! A page right out of Bill Clintons play book?? eh? The guy is a third class schmuck!!

  • Scott Ewen

This was posted on the Boston Phoenix blog as some sort of explanation as to why
    Romney was “lying”.

Which is odd since apparently it was MassGAP (women in work group) that put it together and presented it to Romney.

It just makes no sense why they’re all up in arms about it. Equally confused as to why they are harping on flex hours for working mothers. It’s like they have no idea what they actually want in the world.

    http://m.thephoenix.com/boston/blogpost.aspx?id=828852

“What actually happened was that in 2002 — prior to the election, not even knowing yet whether it would be a Republican or Democratic administration — a bipartisan group of women in Massachusetts formed MassGAP to address the problem of few women in senior leadership positions in state government. There were more than 40 organizations involved with the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus (also bipartisan) as the lead sponsor.

They did the research and put together the binder full of women qualified for all the different cabinet positions, agency heads, and authorities and commissions. They presented this binder to Governor Romney when he was elected.”

  • Landscaper

Where did the bright white CHICKLETTES go joe?

  • Darkstar1661

In their childish haste to try and make nothing into a gaffe, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee created one of the more ironic tweets I have seen:

“A Woman’s Place is in The House… Not in a Binder // Retweet if you agree”
    http://twitchy.com/2012/10/17/messaging-fail-dccc-says-womens-place-is-in-the-house/

…so the Democrat game means we should ignore what people were blatantly trying to say and instead take your words at 100% face value, right? So the DCCC must mean Congressional Democrats feel the Ladies should be kept in their place – the house; quite possibly barefoot and pregnant…

  • kong1967

Go to his house instead of using a binder. I don’t even get it. WTF is at his house? Is he saying his house is full of qualified women? Hey Joe, Romney wasn’t talking about lap dancing women.

  • Susitna

Biden thinks that he is a man and his biggest concern is to proof that he is still in good shape. His ugly hair and extra long teeth are as sexy as Bin Laden’s underwear.
But what bothers me the most is that this vicious retarded guy is second in command which proofs that his boss is out of mind by choosing him as a running mate. They don’t respect nor love this Country at all. It is only about power!!!

  • http://navalwarfare.blogspot.com/ Libertyship46

Biden really is insane. I think if he wasn’t vice president, he’d be in a bar somewhere trying to talk to a young girl saying, “Hey, ya know, I used to be in politics. Had a big house and everything. I used to be real big.” And the young woman would be thinking, “Who is this old jerk?” My sentiments exactly.

  • aposematic

With Obuma’s and Biden’s total lack of ever having a real job, let alone ever running a real business; its understandable in the fantasy World in which they promote to not have the slightest idea what a binder is used for in business.

  • Greg Davidson

The people who are angered by this are not familiar with the process of applying for a job..
