Boehner: This isn’t some damn game!

OK I really like the passion Boehner shows in this clip. Need much more of this:

There’s an article at WSJ that Drudge is headlining that says top Republicans are frustrated at the inability to make a deal with Democrats:

Senior Republicans in Congress, frustrated over their inability to strike a deal to reopen the government, began shifting from their drive to undercut the 2010 health-care law, which has been the central element of the dispute, toward a broader budget deal.

Look, here’s the bottom line. How did we get to this government shutdown in the first place? Ted Cruz took his defund Obamacare message to the American people and that’s what persuaded Republicans to go down this road.

Speaker Boehner and Republicans needs to do the same.

If Democrats won’t sit down with at the table and negotiate, then screw them. Go to the American people with the message that the they deserve a waiver from Obamacare just like business and unions are getting. It’s only fair and it’s a winning message. Create a website. Tell the people to sign up and to call their representatives and demand fairness on Obamacare. And then sit back and let the American people do their magic.

That’s how you win. Ted Cruz has already demonstrated that.
