Bolton: It’s a mistake for people to assume Putin favors Trump

Bolton said today that he thinks it’s a mistake for people to assume that Putin favors Trump. In fact he believes Putin would favor Hillary instead:

Putin is having his way with Obama as president, so it’s logical that he would want to continue that with Hillary, who would also be a weak president.

While Trump is somewhat unpredictable, he has always been about rebuilding a strong military and that is likely something Putin would rather not see.

But in the end, who knows — and who really cares what Putin wants?
