There are reports of a car plowing into pedestrians but no info yet on whether it’s terrorist attack or not:
At least seven people were injured when a vehicle struck two pedestrians and at least one other vehicle in San Francisco’s Richmond District on Monday afternoon, authorities said.
CBS San Francisco reports that the crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. at Geary Boulevard and 21st Avenue.
The city’s fire department said on Twitter that one elderly pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and another pedestrian has serious injuries. A family of five in a vehicle sustained minor injuries.

It sounds more like an accident right now but I’ve seen stories like these suddenly turn sinister after the facts come out. We’ll update as necessary…
