This is a big admission of failure by the FBI, saying that they failed to investigate when someone warned them about Nikolas Cruz just a little over a month ago.

This is going to be very bad for the agency and something tells me heads will end up rolling over this failure. After all, 17 people might still be alive if they had done their job.
