As you might have expected after the failure of Amash’s amendment a few moments ago, the House has now voted to reauthorize FISA in it’s unamended form:

As you can see with the 45 Republican nays, it would not have passed the House without at least some Democratic votes.
Now it goes to the Senate where we can expect to see another Rand Paul filibuster. I just hope it goes long enough for another edition of Ted Cruz Reads Bedtime Stories, assuming he helps Paul with his filibuster.
