It appears that shortly after Trump’s announcement of the US withdrawing from the Iran deal, Israel sent a few missiles into Damascus, Syria.

Here’s more that I’ve found on Twitter:
#BREAKING Syria’s official SANA news outlet says the country’s air defenses intercepted two Israeli missiles over the el-Kiswah area, south of Damascus, after large explosions are reported in the area, which is allegedly home to an Iranian army base.

So it sounds like Israel is striking an Iranian air base in Syria, and I’m guessing they hit it give the reports of explosions on the ground.
This is just what Netanyahu was warning about in his speech regarding the US withdrawal from the Iran deal.
And then there is this which has developed in the last hour:
#BREAKING: Israeli IDF says it has identified "unusual movements of Iranian forces in Syria", ordered the opening of Shelters in the Golan Heights and are saying: "We are on hightend alert, and forces are deployed & we are ready for all scenarios" (Video: @IDFSpokesperson) pic.twitter.com/zxwL222dRX
