If U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley can be trusted, the time for talk is over.
Here’s what she just tweeted:
Done talking about NKorea.China is aware they must act.Japan & SKorea must inc pressure.Not only a US problem.It will req an intl solution.

The Norks continue to press on with their missile development tests, and Trump has all but given up on China’s promises to reign them in.
BUT any military strike would almost certainly result in hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of deaths on the Korean peninsula.
Maybe that’s why Haley is still holding out for help from the Chinese…
