It’s just been revealed that Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a letter to Trump congratulating him on his presidential win and suggesting that they can work together to restore bilateral cooperation:

Trump loved the letter, calling it a ‘very nice letter’ and saying Putin’s thoughts “so correct”. Trump also agreed with the sentiment, saying he hoped that they could both live up to the words of the letter.
