A second judge says that Trump cannot end the unconstitutional DACA order from Obama, because that judge is stupid that’s why.

For the second time in as many months, a federal judge has barred the Trump administration from ending the Obama-era DACA program next month.
U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufis in New York ruled that Attorney General Jeff Sessions had “erred in concluding that DACA is unconstitutional” and granted a preliminary injunction sought by state attorney generals and immigrants who had sued the administration.
The Justice Department had no immediate comment on Garaufis’ ruling.

I’m gonna fully admit I’m no expert on the constitutionality of DACA, but it appears to me that simply saying you aren’t going to enforce the law against an entire CLASS of people does not fall under the executive’s normal area of exercise. Once Obama applied his executive memo to a class of people, it’s more like writing legislation than merely enforcing the law. And THAT is unconstitutional.
