After dropping the original executive order for his travel ban, el Presidente Trump’s second travel ban has ALSO suffered a blow from a federal judge in Hawaii.
He slapped a restraining on it.

Apparently, it refers to Trump calling it a Muslim ban during his campaign as part of their reasoning against it:
