El Trumpo is actually following through on the threat of a lawsuit by suing so that ballots accepted at early voting in Nevada be segregated in case he needs to sue later!!
Breaking: #Trump files Nevada voting lawsuit vs. Clark County Registrar, they allege, for keeping polls open “2 hours beyond..closing time"

More from the Washington Examiner:
Donald Trump’s campaign filed a lawsuit against the Clark County Registrar in Nevada for allegedly keeping polls open past the time they were supposed to close during early voting.
CNN reporter Jim Sciutto reported Tuesday the Trump camp was protesting the decision to keep voting locations open in order to let anyone vote at the time the polls closed as long as they were in line at the time. The Trump campaign wants to keep early voting ballots separate from other ballots in case they need to be challenged, CNN said.
The decision to keep polling locations open so people in line could vote, which is legal, has been criticized by Republicans. On Saturday, Michael McDonald, the chair of the Nevada GOP, said the polls were kept open so “a certain group” could vote.
About 30 percent of voters in Clark County are Latino, according to CNN.
Maybe he’s suing because of his insane conspiracy theories:
Trump was lying about Clark County voting in a speech on the weekend, falsely alleging Democratic voters were being brought in late by bus: pic.twitter.com/yj1y5w0OJC

Remember, he’s supposedly a master of publicity, so this may be a complete publicity stunt. Unfortunately, this also allows opponents to pin racialist motives on him since so many of those voters were Hispanic. We posted about the long lines at the “Cardenas” market that surprised polling officials here.
Why is Clark County so important? Maybe because of this:
Nevada early vote figures:
Dems won Clark County by 72K, or 13.7 points.
A GOP official told me Trump could afford to lose Clark by 6.

On the other hand, if he loses very badly, no lawsuit is going to overturn that many percentage points…
