As you likely know Bret Baier is a straight news guy on Fox News, and he says the Trump Jr. Russia story is not a nothingburger, that it is definitely something more substantive than it was yesterday:

Baier admits it’s not a nothingburger, but points out that we don’t know just how big the story is yet.
Baier also lays out how Trump Jr. lied about the story, saying that Trump Jr. initially said he didn’t meet with any Russians, then said he didn’t meet with any in a set meeting. And now of course we learn, as Baier continued, that it was a set meeting and that the emails suggested the meeting was at the behest of the Russian government.
As I wrote earlier, politically speaking this may not go over well for Trump considering his son was part of his campaign. It remains to be seen, however, if there was any illegality that went on.
As we’ve just found out, Mueller is on the case so I’m sure they’ll dig deep into this.
