California preschool closing down after latest allegations of preschool students having oral sex in bathroom

Something is seriously wrong in this preschool and I’m betting just shutting it down won’t be enough. I expect criminal charges at some point:

BUSINESS INSIDER – A Lutheran preschool in California is closing after parents claimed their 4- and 5-year-old children allegedly performed oral sex on each other when teachers weren’t looking.

Students at the First Lutheran Church of Carson School engaged in oral sex on the playground, in the bathroom, and during nap time when aides would fall asleep, an attorney representing several of the children told The Daily Mail.

That attorney, Greg Owen, plans to file a lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court against the school, church, the principal, and a teacher, according to the Daily Mail.

Parent Richard McCarthy told ABC 7 that a 5-year-old girl “often” performed oral sex on his 4-year-old son at the school.

“He told me about all the bad things that girl had been doing to him,” McCarthy told the TV station. “It went down in the classroom, it went down in the bathroom and it went down out on the playground.”

Speaking exclusively to ABC 7, an unnamed mother corroborated the claims and told the TV station that her daughter said the sex acts weren’t a one-time incident.

“The way that she explained it, it was kind of like it was an everyday thing … from pulling the pants down to exposing themselves to, you know, trying to get somebody to put their mouth on the privates. It’s unfathomable on so many levels. For one, that it actually happened. For two, where it happened. For three, how often something happened.”

The California Department of Social Services has cited the school for one sexual encounter between the kids and overall lack of supervision, ABC 7 reported.

The school, which is shutting down, has denied the allegations.
