Catholic church changes language in official document ‘welcoming’ gays to ‘pastoral attention’

The Catholic Chutch is getting some unwanted attention after conservative bishops forced a change in tone and language in an official church document that was “welcoming gays” to that of offering advice on “pastoral attention” to homosexuals.
