CBO releases report on GOP Obamacare replacement…

The CBO has released it’s report on the GOP Obamacare replacement and the bottom line is that they say it will reduce the deficit by 337 billion over the next 10 years and would result in 14 million (many voluntarily) losing coverage:

CBS calls the 14 million people number ‘eyebrow raising’:

The very fact of Obama forcing people to purchase healthcare insurance is going to mean that some will lose it once the mandate is removed. And as we’ve always known since this whole thing began, there are some people who simply do not want to purchase healthcare insurance and that’s their prerogative.

None of this means it’s a good bill. There are still massive problems with it that need to be fixed before it can pass the Senate, as evidenced by the offsets:

But I’m sure Trump and the GOP leadership will hail this as a miracle bill that all Republicans must vote for or everyone will die in the emergency room or something.
