Cleveland Indians might drop ‘Chief Wahoo’ mascot because it’s RACIST…

Another team is being pressured into changing its brand to fit the politically correct agenda.

And it sounds like they might cave pretty soon.

More from Fox News:

The Cleveland Indians may scrap their red-faced cartoon mascot “Chief Wahoo” after a legal battle with the major league.

“We’re not exactly aligned on its future,” Indians owner Paul Dolan said of his conversations with MLB. “But we will come to some understanding some time relatively soon.”

The Indians have pushed Chief Wahoo into the background in recent years after criticism that the 1947 logo was offensive.

Topps, MLB’s official baseball card manufacturer wiped the mascot from Indians cards in July.
The debate returned to the forefront when the team displayed Chief Wahoo prominently while playing in the 2016 World Series, which they lost to the Chicago Cubs.

Just like with the Redskins, I have a gut feeling that if you polled Native Americans they most likely wouldn’t give a damn about Chief Wahoo. It ain’t no mascot keeping them down, it’s a whole lot of other problems, some self-inflicted, some not. But this victimhood mentality isn’t gonna help them improve…

Also, in regards to the thumbnail for this post – isn’t it racist to advocate violence against cartoon Native Americans?!??!
