CNN Host gets frustrated when police guest won’t agree with her about Ferguson

CNN host Carol Costello has apparently bought this DOJ report lock, stock, and barrel that finds a pattern of racial problems in the Ferguson Police Department. And she really wants her guest from the St. Louis Police Officers Association to agree with it. But Jeff Roorda is far more cautious about this DOJ report and pushes back on it through the whole interview, frustrating Costello.

Watch:

I like how Roorda wouldn’t let Costello get away with giving credence to the idea that some people think that Michael Brown was killed because of racism. The fact that she even brought it up shows that she is probably one of them.

I also liked the pushback he gave on the DOJ itself, suggesting they always find racism in every police department investigation. As he pointed out, these TWO racial emails they found over a 7 year period were just forwards and as he pointed out, every corporation has some knucklehead who forwards these inappropriate emails to others. He rightly suggested these officers should be disciplined, but not fired as Costello suggested.

I like this guy.
