CNN host Don Lemon says there is NO debate about moving the confederate flag away from the Statehouse. None. There’s no talking about it. He says it’s a symbol of hate for a lot of people and that you should just be a human being about it and move on or something.
He then went on to mock people in the South, saying that ‘many people‘ are still fighting the Civil War, that they can’t believe the North won and that it’s over:
And I know that for many people in the South they are still fighting the Civil War, they still can’t believe that the North actually won. That’s not reality. It’s over. The Civil War has been fought, and won and lost by one side.
