Cruz is absolutely right and he’s one of the candidates who leverages social media and the conservative web like no one else. I was surprised at how little the Romney campaign did in that manner, and I’m pretty sure it was one of the factors in his defeat. Similarly, one of the reasons that Ted Cruz has been able to have such a great surge and keep it, is that his campaign takes advantage of social media and conservatives who want to push the cause online.
