Danny Glover is a freaking nut. Not only does he claim that the 2nd amendment was created to protect slavery and keep Indians from revolting, but he also says that we’re still a racist nation in 2012. He even tries to suggest that the fascination with the 2nd amendment is born out of fear and insecurity that’s been bred into us over generations…or something. I don’t know. And then he starts blabbing about global warming and how it’s connected to Hurricane Sandy and so forth.
