The daughter of one of our veterans explains how her father was left without his feeding tube for days at the VA in Phoenix. She said that had he been in a private hospital he probably would have walked out alive. She also said it got so bad that she had to hire private care givers to sit with him around the clock to ensure that he at least got some level of care while he was there.
