There is a petition effort to conduct another referendum on Britain’s exit from the European Union and apparently it’s gotten 1.6 million signatures.
But according to Prime Minister David Cameron, the head of the defeated “remain” effort, one referendum is enough:
The Leave campaign is wrong to say there'll be a 2nd referendum if we vote to remain in the EU. This is a referendum and not a neverendum.

Notice this was from a week ago and it was MEANT to shut down “leave” advocates, who believed they were losing at the time, on suggestions that there would be a second referendum.
So that’s awkward….
