A recent poll finds that support for Democrats dropped by 3 percentage points from their last poll.
Support for a Democratic-controlled Congress appears to be slipping months ahead of November’s midterm elections, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
Forty-seven percent of voters polled said they want Democrats to take the majority, compared to 40 percent who said they preferred Republicans to maintain control.
Democrats held a 10-point advantage in March.
But ironically, support for Trump fell too:
Which doesn’t matter too much since he’s not on the ballot. But you can expect that many Dems will try to nationalize their election race in order to take advantage of Trump’s low ratings.
