Dick Cheney: Were we supposed to kiss KSM on the cheek and say please tell us what you know?

Dick Cheney talked to Bret Baier tonight about the new Senate report on the CIA and frankly asked him that even though they knew KSM was the architect of 9/11, were they supposed to kiss him on the cheek and say ‘please tell us what you know’?

Of course not, Cheney says.
