Donald Trump came on the Mark Levin show for the first time and spent most of the interview talking about his support for the Tea Party and how Karl Rove needs to get out of the way. One of his biggest recent beefs with Rove is that he raised $400 million in the last election and didn’t win a single race, basically throwing all of that money away. He was also highly critical of his recent ad attacking Ashley Judd, saying it’s helped propel her candidacy to the forefront and it makes bother her and Obama look great.

Trumps says that Rove is one of the most overrated people in politics and if Republicans are going to win, they are going to have to break away Rove and people like him.

Trump also spoke shortly about the SOTU last night and our inept Republican leadership not being able to counter him at all.

I heard this live and it was great! The part he mentions John McCain was hilarious also.

  • Stehekin912

Dear dear Donald you old blowhard…just wet your finger and put it up in the air to see the way the wind blows.

    edit:
OK if Mark is changing his mind, I will be open minded. It just seems to me that Trump always knew this and always predicted that but OK…

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/44F4AB4VSCTOCHBMBG4ZWWD5OU Laurel

      Exactly!

    • aPLWBinAK

I agree, that’s exactly what he always does. When it suits him, Donald claims to be a Republican/Conservative, but at the end of the day, he always goes which ever direction benefits Donald.

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Steven-Valdez/1806887704 Steven Valdez

I dunno it would seem to me it would be beneficial tfor Trump to be a full blown Obama supporter than on the radio talking to Mark Levin..

        • proudhispanicconservative

          EXCELLENT POINT!!!!!!!

      • cabensg

Well right now he sees that Obama is dangerous and is on our side to get rid of him.
        I can have that.

        • aPLWBinAK

You’re correct….I should have added that when the Donald is right on an issue, he’s fun to watch. I loved his chasing Oblamer on the B.C. issue (although I thought he gave up too easily)

        • aPLWBinAK

A man with Wharton degree and $8 Billion wealth creation to his credit.

Only morons and welfare dependents will still sing Obama/Rino kumbia after witnessing the the destruction of this great nation right before our eyes.

Hate Trump OR Love Trump – HE IS 100% correct!

He is a little crazy at most times – but He always says what YOU are thinking!

Karl Rove should retire – These are new times!

    Kudos Donald!

    ***********************

    I didn’t realize how dismal Rove’s record was – 1.3%???

Rove should work for the demoCRAPS

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/44F4AB4VSCTOCHBMBG4ZWWD5OU Laurel

No he doesn’t say what I am thinking.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OQI5D66OXO7X2FE4NVCZC7BAMA Joe

OK – I did a reply to my own post

I was a little enthusiastic about calling out Rove!

        • http://profile.yahoo.com/44F4AB4VSCTOCHBMBG4ZWWD5OU Laurel

Well that is certainly understandable. Republicans need to get busy and do some laundry and take out the trash.

          • OneThinDime

Wonder how much would be left if they did take out the trash.

            • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OQI5D66OXO7X2FE4NVCZC7BAMA Joe

              EMPTY NUT containers!

                That’s brilliant!

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OQI5D66OXO7X2FE4NVCZC7BAMA Joe

      I stand corrected

He says what some of us are thinking!

    • ChesterWalton

Rove was able to get a GOP president for 8 years, 2 supreme court justices, tax cuts, Cheney as VP and a war on terror. No other Republican has been able to achieve this since 1988. But now, obviously, Rove is a fool and should be cast out and stomped on. Let’s let the Tea Party have total control, since they have proven they can win swing state general elections.

      • Guest

Tokyo Rove was able to give us a supreme court justice who screwed us royally and now we are stuck with Dumb-Øcare, a GOP president who is responsible for TARP and the auto bail outs and gave us Obama, racked up more debt, partnered with the Swimmer to give us No Child Left Behind, and threw in Medicare Part D just for good measure.

Let’s let the gopE have total control and keep losing elections yet make piles of dough for their crony capitalist benefactors and prostitute political experts who could give a damn about winning as long as they get paid.

        • clockwindingdown

TSA, DHS, allow same owner of media (TV, radio, print) in a town, by the way the same media tanking for “O”, and much, much more, thank you very much karl!

Yeah Chester, one could say rove was successful, look where it got us, not any place I would choose, and with less freedom, heck of a guy the karl, say that’s german spelling isn’t it…

          • ChesterWalton

So you are suggesting Karl Rove is a socialist or Nazi… what?

            • clockwindingdown

I’m not suggesting anything. I’m clearly stating the I think rove is a major problem and contributor to the situation this country finds its self in. He is, in my opinion, someone not to be trusted as he pushes the same agendas as the left, big government, loss of freedoms, rights, and federal control, that makes him the same in my book!

Now that you mention it that does look like a socialist doesn’t? I think you nailed it Chester, karl looks to be a socialist (possibly of german descent, based on first and last name and spelling, not that there is anything wrong with being german) that is hiding in the closet!

        • deTocqueville1

          Agreed 100%!

        • proudhispanicconservative

I was going to respond to that Rove Loving comment, but you did it for me thank you.

        • proudhispanicconservative

I was going to respond to that Rove Loving comment, but you did it for me thank you.

        • ChesterWalton

I guess you wanted Gore to win the general election in 2000 or perhaps Nader? Anyone other than Bush would have gotten trounced. What is your point? I am confused, with President Gore conservatism would have… thrived? Agreed, Wall Street, Apple, GE, Mordoch, Limbaugh, Levin, Hannity, et al. still would have had jobs and gotten paid and my guess is no war in Iraq.

          • Guest

My point is you might as well vote for the Democrats if you want corrupt crony capitalism. Rove’s client spent money like a drunken sailor and rewarded his backers just like Obama. What’s the difference? DC is a cesspool!

      • cabensg

Two elections Bush won by the skin of his teeth. Romney lost by the skin of his teeth. Rove didn’t look at what was happening running moderates and thought he could use the same game plan over and over and over. He was defeated (as were we) by thinking everything was the same and a narrow win would happen again. This is not the thinking of someone we want running anything in the future.

        • DCTribeFan

Romney lost by the “skin of his teeth”? What planet, or bubble, are you inhabiting?

Rommey lost the popular vote by FIVE MILLION VOTES, and was creamed electorally.

And, BTW, all your Re-Pube-lican “reinventing the party” bullshit is complete bullshit too, as evidenced by Rubio’s speech the other night. Have fun losing “by the skin of your teeth”….*eyeroll*.

          • 1endtimes2020

Look here sonny…how is losing by 5 million votes 5% ???
I don’t know how scoop allows you to comment in such foul language and disrespect. You sure don’t comment like a class act, as most Republicans do. I wouldn’t want to be at your house party, as you said to me before. You don’t sound like a fun guy to me. I’d rather believe what Cabensg has to say, than read through anything you vomit.

            • DCTribeFan

Who mentioned 5%?…the voices in your head?

              “The final popular vote totals were 65,899,660 for Obama-Biden (51.1%) and 60,932,152 (47.2%) for Romney-Ryan. ”

Does that help? There was no “skin of the teeth” in that vote. Electorally was even worse for your boy:
“There were no surprises: The final tally was Obama 332, Romney 206 for President”

Thats a good old ass-whoopin for Romney and his lil pet ferret. I’m amazed you people don’t know how BAD you lost, 3 MONTHS after the election. Is FOXY NEWS not reporting those numbers anymore?

              • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

You must have been thrilled with this, being your first Presidential election and all.

You might try looking at past elections to see what was considered a major win versus a minor one. Your description reminds me of someone selling a used car by acting like it’s a real plus that it’s only got 250,000 miles on it.

Obama did not pull of a major victory. Especially compared to his first term. You didn’t gain control of the House, and the economy is getting worse every day. I know you are desperate to paint that in as rosy a light as possible, but not only was it a weak win, but he’s losing popularity and friends faster than a lotto winner who’s spent it all.

                • DCTribeFan

I merely gave you (and yours) the actual DATA. What you do with it is either to your gain….or loss. FIVE MILLION votes, and a 332-206 shellacking in the Electoral College can’t be debated.
Now, we COULD debate the House issues, especially after a nice tidy round of gerrymandering in Red states. You can get all smugly happy over your victory there.

And Fact-Wise, Obama’s popularity is at it’s HIGHEST since 2009. Even your FAVORITE righty polling outfit Rasmussen ( the one who got the Nov. election SO wrong) shows a high level of popular support. Enjoy the chart: http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll.

I’m sure you’re feeling all snarky and erudite with your little response. Too bad its all puff, and no facts. I felt compelled to help you with that, as I do with all my pals on the right who love to pontificate with no data.

                • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

I love a pontificator who accuses people of pontification. It’s so cute when they’re that age.

You have fun polishing that t*rd. I’m sure it’ll be of great comfort while the economy continues to spiral downhill. “Look everyone! Our tiny margin of victory is really huge when you look at it under a microscope!”

      • http://twitter.com/sundesy Sun Desy

Chief Justice Roberts is one of them.

      • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

Rove almost lost in 2000, when Bush ran against the doofus, Gore, who wasn’t even popular in the Democrat party. His track record in the last several elections is abysmal.

    • clockwindingdown

“Rove should work for the demoCRAPS” What, he doesn’t? Are you sure? His results and actions say he does!

    • deTocqueville1

      Absolutely!

  • Amjean

Good for him! We need more to speak out. Poke fun at Obama!
Call him out! Set the records straight! Let people see him for
the silly poser that he is. More photos of Obama on his bicycle.

I always thought that Trump was a leaning democrat but his friendship with Mark he is turning hard right.Thankful for Mark

  • 1endtimes2020

I’ll say it again. During the debates with Obama, if Romney had brought up Benghazi, he would have won the election. Most voters didn’t even know about Obama and Hillary’s role in the Benghazi crisis. Obama would have brought it up, that’s for sure, if the shoe would have been on the other foot.
Romney lost by 1%. He could have won by at least 5%. Conservatives are too civil with their opposition, who cheat and lie about them and plant all kinds of thoughts and words the conservatives never said or thought.
What a lost opportunity to turn things around economically.

    • OneThinDime

I agree with you. Romney lost the election, in part, because he didn’t fight with facts like Benghazi, Fast and Furious, etc. And now they are listening to the Dems, grant amnesty it will be all good. Levin and Trump are correct, the Dems are salivating at amnesty because the illegals are millions more Dem voters and the GOP base will be rightfully ticked off and will no longer support them.

    • cabensg

It’s not uncivil to point out the truth but you need a candidate that knows how and wants to do it. Romney wasn’t it.

    • DCTribeFan

Romney lost by 1%? Are you insane? He lost by 5%, and got freakin SHELLACKED electorally. You live in quite the bubble, dumbass.

And, Romney didn’t “bring up Benghazi”? HUH? Maybe you don’t recall…”Please proceed, Governor”???

And if you think blatant lies about Jeep going to China, and complete bullshit math in romneys “budget” was “civil”, then I’d hate to be at your house for holiday gatherings.

      • 1endtimes2020

I heard he lost by 1% I don’t make up numbers. I never said anything about Jeep. I’m talking about the basic, everyday products people buy everyday. I didn’t hear Romney say anything about Benghazi, and I was paying special attention waiting for it. When Obama said ‘proceed; it was about something else. I don’t lie. I am not rude to commentators on this site. If you think someone is in error, how is that interpreted as being insane? It sounds to me you’re high on something as you write your diatribe to me. You don’t belong on this site. You sound more like an angry lefty who can’t stand the truth.
As for being civil, if you can’t express yourself to me in a civil way, don’t bother me.

        • DCTribeFan

Well, hearing it…and READING it…are 2 different things. Obama won by FIVE MILLION VOTES. Here you go:

          http://www.270towin.com/blog/2012-election/final-2012-presidential-election-electoral-and-popular-vote

As for Benghazi, Romney shot himself in the foot in the 2nd debate on that topic. If you’d like, I can send you a link to WATCH it in it’s entirely. Or you can Google it yourself.

(vague obsession with homophobic terms redacted0

And no, I’m not high….but I did have a glass of very nice Merlot with dinnner.

          • crosshr

            Happy Valentine man

          • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

You need to read and comply with the Comment Policy if you want to continue your denial of reality here.

Presidential elections are won by gaining electors. The post election analysis showed that if Obama had lost on the order of only 500,000 votes in key districts, the election would have been Romney’s.

But you go ahead and puff up the results however it makes you feel good. He’s the lamest duck President in modern times.

      • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

I’ve edited three. Next one is time to dump you to the curb.

He didn’t lie about Jeep. That was thoroughly debunked. You are embarrassing yourself.

  • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

I know a lot of folks aren’t really interested in Trump’s “analysis,” because he’s not a reliable conservative. But think about him this way:

Guys like Trump have an empire to run. Small decisions in DC can cost them tens of millions, <snap!> just like that. Same with the idiotSage of Omaha, Warren Buffet; Steve Wynn & Sheldon Adelson; and unfortunately some mega church pastors like Rick Warren. All of them are scared to death of losing their market share. So some days they appear to be fire-breathing conservatives, and some days they sound like George W. Bush announcing “No Child Left Behind.”

    What to make of it?

    Weathervanes.

When they sound conservative, it means they are confident they will not be punished by the government or media (in any meaningful way) for speaking out. When they sound like “progressives,” it means they think they may have become too visible, and will be seen as exactly how liberals always love to paint wealthy conservatives: racist, greedy, hateful, unpatriotic, homophobic, etc.

So when Trump slams Rove, that’s a pretty strong indicator that Trump feels secure saying so. In this case, A) Because the left hates Rove, anyway, and B) Because Trump can sense a movement building that will pressure the Cotton Conservatives and Rockerfeller Republicans, and Trump wants to be on the right side of that movement.

Until he decides to sound progressive again.

    • ChesterWalton

I’ve always impressed by Trump although with other reasons. In our country issues, I’ve followed him close. A business big dreamer like Trump, fearless of trying anything and always seems to get a good grip of what he would put his hand into.

Trump would say something, Rinos and Liberals would run for cover ! that I like !

    • DCTribeFan

Whenever Trump says ANYTHING, educated people with any common sense just laugh. The sort of laugh that you give a sad rodeo clown in Tulsa. That sort of slightly embarrassed, “I shouldn’t be laughing but I can’t help it ” laugh. The involuntary laugh you make after church, when the pastor mentions he saw your uncle Fred sleeping it off in his front lawn last night….again.

Trump is a sad, ego-bloated turd that floats on the top of the toilet, refusing to join the sewer party.

Donald Trump IS CORRECT about Rove. Karl Rove is nothing but an elitist who is now trying to keep power and destroy the TeaParty. I am a proud black TeaPartier Reagan Palin conservative and I want NOTHING to do with Rove who is now doing the work of the liberal media in bashing WE THE PEOPLE!

Yeah, being cheated out of an election, with election fraud does that to you.

  • deTocqueville1

Trump is correct. I never liked Mark’s attack on Trump and while I never saw him as a serious contender I did see him as a guy trying to flush out the phonies! Romney is a phoney! Rove is the chief enabler of the phonies.

  • Maxsteele

As much as Trump may be a womanizing opportunist one thing that I do like about him is that he is not an apologist. He is not one of these wealth creators who has also become wealthy that acts like he is evil for doing so. He is proud of the fact that he is a successful business man and flaunts it. Unlike Romney who was afraid to stand up for the attacks on his success and almost apologized for it.
We need more successful people like Donald Trump, Herman Cain and Dr. Ben Carson , etc… to keep coming out and destroying this disgusting, evil, idea of Altruism.

      Thank you.

  • mike3e4r7

I’d love it if Donald Trump were the real deal. I hope Mark is right.

    • proudhispanicconservative

I dont understand, you heard what he had to say. He as have many of us have evolved in our thinking. I think he is the real deal.

  • aposematic

Don’t care much for the Donald but if he wants to be on the right side I think that’s great. Really, help is help irregardless of from where it comes we need more of it.

  • ryanomaniac

I’ve always loved Donald Trump. I love people that speak their minds even if I don’t like what they say sometimes. He doesn’t give a damn what people think of him and he wont change who he is for anyone. I loved what he did to Rosie O’Donnell. Trump is who we need negotiating deals. He is a master at it.

    • DCTribeFan

LMAOOOOOO…You DO realize he went BANKRUPT three times, right? But “you want him negotiating deals for “us”? Oy VEY.

      • crosshr

little correction, Donald T never filed bankruptcy. second, Donald is among the few among republican that call out the left and Obama and they run for cover.

        • DCTribeFan

OOPS, my mistake…he’s only gone bankrupt FOUR times. But, as he says “its just business” “its not me, its a company”, when he screws investors out of their money.

          http://www.forbes.com/sites/clareoconnor/2011/04/29/fourth-times-a-charm-how-donald-trump-made-bankruptcy-work-for-him/

Yeah, it’s only Forbes describing his bankruptcies, so of course it’s just some left-wing nutjob. LOL You people amaze me!

But yet, some dorkmunder above would like Trump to be the one “negotiating deals” for us.

And um…who’s running for cover? All I see is open derision and snickering, whenever Donnie opens his maw and says something stooooopit.

          • crosshr

Donald T. never filed bankruptcy. I know you are dying to freeze your target and beat the hell out of it. Let me move that target closer to you, see if you can hit the Bulls eye this time. Ready ….” Donald T never filed for bankruptcy ” Dig that one out !

          • http://boogieforward.us/ K-Bob

You just earned a trip to the exit.

It was clear that the concept of a Comment Policy was uncomprehendable to you so I gave you a chance to figure it out. You didn’t. So long!

      • ryanomaniac

You obviously need an education. LMAOOOOO….

  • Sober_Thinking

Didn’t Trump threaten that if the “right” GOP candidate didn’t win the Republican primary, that HE would run? Now he seems lukewarm on “his” boy: Romney.

    Just making an observation.

  • Sober_Thinking

Mark seems to be a little star struck…

Trump could be a goofball at times, but I love when he puts on his fighting gloves and lets the liberals have it.

    • DCTribeFan

ummm…except….he’s letting the RIGHTIES have it….or did Rove just become a Democrat? (heaven forbid….I threw up a lil in my mouth at that thought)….LOL
