Elbert Guillory: It’s time to end the Pryor dynasty in Arkansas

Elbert Guillory has set the Arkansas Senate race in his sights, telling black voters that Mark Pryor is just using them to continue the Pryor dynasty that started in 1979 with this father and has been full of nothing but hundreds of empty promises. Guillory points out that the black community in Arkansas has never been poorer and that it’s time to end the Pryor dynasty.
