Excellent new Romney ad lays out Obama’s plan for the next four years

A great ad by the Romney campaign laying out Obama’s plan for the next four years would really look like:

Outstanding. Direct, to the point and backed by facts.

  • anyonebutbarry2012

like the ad. it amazes me that some voters are undecided, where have they been the last 3 1/2 years? they want 4 more of the most corrupt admin ever? the voter’s also who claim on principle they have to write in their own candidate, give me a break, look at this administration.

    • “where have they been the last 3 1/2 years? ”

      • colliemum

        Their Mum’s basement.

    • Don

Where have they been is a loaded question. If there are any voters who claim they don’t know who they are going to vote for, this close to the election, are either lying of positively too stupid to vote. If 51% of voters want four more years of this attack on our country from within, then our country will get what it deserves. The EPA is on the verge of passing regulations that will drive the unemployment rate through the roof. There will not be a coal industry if Obama is elected. Obamacare will will bankrupt our economy. Like Obama was caught telling Putin’s errand boy to tell Putin that he would have more “flexibility” after the election. I am sure the Muslim Brotherhood probably got a similar message.

      • jaybenson

Except that Romney could get 51% of the vote and still lose the electoral college. I’m praying against that and believe all the talk is to keep folks from getting too confident, but the possibility is still there with an election this close. Ohio better count those “chads”!

        • I beg to differ. I say Landslide and it the rumblings began Oct 3rd and the tsunami will sweep out all the filth and trash from the White House and the healing and clean up can begin! I click my heels together and say “There’s no thing like a landslide!” 4 times a day!!!

          • conservocop

Joel … I sure hope your right man.

          • You, sir, are correct.

      • p m

Plus the defense department sequestration will add many thousands more to the unemployment rolls via contractor and DoD layoffs.

        • It’s not going to happen, it is happening….My plant which makes ammo boxes and shell containers for General Dynamics has layed off 2/3rds of it’s workforce.

          • p m

Good God – and it can only get worse if that thing goes through. I read 186,000 DoD civilian jobs and 86,000+ defense contractor jobs, though you would have a much better idea, James, being in the industry. Can’t tell whether those numbers include separate suppliers or just direct employees. Huge, either way, and I’m sorry it has hit your firm so early.

    • poljunkie

I know we all ranted about this last night on the Whittle thread, but there is a percentage of voters that are still planning to write in their favorite candidate. I saw a lot of that being argued about somewhere on a different site a little earlier. I still hope they change their minds when they are in the voting “booth”.

Its nice to have principles but at this point I just want OBAMA out of the White House.

edit: typo ( I cant believe I dont see them until I hit reply!)

      • wodiej

I frequent C4P and some get it and some don’t.

        • poljunkie

          I saw.

      • Nukeman60

I say, “let them write in all they want”. We need to ensure that the previous 80+ million get off their duffs and vote (15% would give us another 12 million). That would offset any write-ins that may happen.

This is why we need to be diligent to the very end in getting out there to convince the voters to vote, right up to November 6th. Each of us need to gather their share (I say 10 people each. That should help).

  • DINORightMarie

Sums it up nicely: in a nutshell why Obama MUST be voted out on Nov. 6th.

    Good!! Very good.

  • p m

So, to get health insurance for the approximately 12 Million uninsured in 2009, 20 Million will become uninsured by 2016 thanks to the outlay of huge sums of taxpayer money for the purpose of instituting even more governmental intrusion into your lives through federal control and debasement of health care. OK. Got it.

    • Nukeman60

What’s interesting about that article (which states the real uninsured is about 12 million) is that even Obamacare states that after it’s completely instituted, there will be about 12 million people uninsured. I wonder where all the money went, then? Hmmm…

      • p m

Thanks for your reply, Nukeman. As usual, 0zero lies, and I believe the 20 Million number from the Romney ad. Maybe the new uninsured are a natural increase of 4 million in the population 2009-2016. Bottom line, it’s even worse than before.
As to the money – we all know where that’s been siphoned off to, eh? Too many recipients to list here.

  • BHliberty

Just the facts mam! That’s what Romney has been keen on, just the facts!

  • sjmom

Short and to the point. Well done.

  • Another major reason, Obamacare will bankrupt us. That’s just a fact. The Congressional Budget Office now says that Obamacare will cost us almost $2 trillion, over twice as much as originally budgeted, and we haven’t even fully implemented the program yet! If Obamacare is not repealed, we’re finished.

  • poljunkie

Very nice. Where is it playing- I’m in Arizona, and have seen very little of these ads. I am saddened to see that on many electorial maps Arizona is no longer considered “RED”. Some actually show leaning Obama.

    • colliemum

Perhaps you could send the link to all your friends and acquaintances, facebook, tweet it – and tell them to send it on, re-tweet, that sort of thing?

      • poljunkie

I dont FB or tweet, but I did email it to a bunch of people.

        • colliemum

Mind – I’m not a facebooker or tweeter either, but so many use these social media nowadays, so it is an option for many people.

It’s amazing how sites like this one, and the new social media, have opened people’s eyes and got them fired up to get involved.

          • PicklePlants

I am on FB and I am dis-heartened to see quite a few uninformed friends claiming that they are “sick and tired of all the political links and comments”. And, you guessed it, all of those friends are head in the sand Obama supporters. Personally, if FB isn’t the kitchen table of the internet where friends can discuss important issues – sorry – seriously important issues, then it is a waste of time.

    • Nukeman60

If you see any polls showing Arizona leaning Obama, they are definitely wrong or purposely misleading. Arizona is most definitely still leaning Romney, if not completely in his column.

      • poljunkie

Thanks NM for the links, they make me feel better. I was a little surprised/concerned. I think I read the poll at the Hill.com. It was a poll that had an Arizona poll of Obama/Romney and then the Flake/Carmona race.

        • Nukeman60

As much as I detest polls in general, I try to keep spirits up with the truth. It’s the only way to go. 🙂

  • Orangeone

I know this is O/T but didn’t see an open thread.

Does anyone know what happened with the story of the missing new $100 bills stolen during a recent transport?

  • odin147

great stuff, this election will come down to Ohio, this ad should be aired in Ohio 24 hrs.

    • Rt

It could come down to Ohio. But there are other paths to victory even if Obama takes Ohio.

  • JeffWRidge

Good ad. Here’s a quick peek at our future if we don’t change course and soon.

  • Susitna

I also don’t understand that the so called blue States can just stay blue because of inertia. I mean they must be also suffering, need food, jobs and a future!!! I am still hoping for a change of color into solid red!

    • Orangeone

They are welfare states like MN. The takers outnumber the workers.

      • Susitna

I understand; in that case they are trading food stamps against freedom.

        • Orangeone

Food stamps, public housing, Obamaphones, welfare $$$$, child care $$$$, better medical and dental coverage than I can afford, you name it they get it.  I just get stuck with the state portion and my portion of the federal portion of all of these costs.  And

    • PicklePlants

I was pumped when I heard the firt news that Romney had taken the lead in the electoral college, and the reason was that my state NJ had moved from solid Obama to leaning Obama. There is hope yet.

      • WordsFailMe

I never thought I would utter such words, but “May God shed his Grace and wisdom on New Jersey!”

        • PicklePlants

          Maybe hell has frozen over

  • kong1967

I like it. They need to point out what’s going to happen with Obamacare.

  • wodiej

Good ad. Money talks and voters this year are hurting financially.

  • Sober_Thinking

I like these types of ads because they really point out specifically how Obama will hurt them if he’s re-elected.

    • Nukeman60

It’s real tough to demonize the truth that sits all around a person, as Obama tries to do.

  • WordsFailMe

Obamcare, the pilferage of the treasury, the stimuluses (stumu-lie?), the buy-outs, the funneling of tax dollars to American traitors/communist front men through investment in green companies that subsequently and conveniently “failed,”– all of these were effective and successful strategies in the carefully orchestrated but apparently “released-too-soon” communist plan to subjugate the planet.

As cheddar heads do, President Chooms-A-Lot is so typically and predictably thick-headed, dull-witted and stupid that he “cracked out of turn” at the Korea meeting with Dead-Head-Red-Med-Yev, Putin’s body slave.

Hey commies- Don’t you recall that you use the poor as leverage! You don’t actually let them in the big house… Next time, let the Chinese do the planning, you Russian spawn of pigs! Everyone knows that the Russians are as thick headed as the morons they use! Remember Stars words- It was a JOKE!!! you commie ass****s! It was a joke and you were the guy that walked into a bar with a parrot on his head! A joke, a joke, you commie morons!

“DUHHH, I’ll have more flexibility after the election,” the slimy t*** crooned and pleaded and begged in the ear his fellow moron communist water boy.

So, Mr. Commie-czar, how do you like your precious, well-cultivated and well-trained little African-Hawaiian moron now!

I’d like to see Romney just slap the whining, commie bastard down to his knees at the Monday night debate and dare the yellow cskr to stand up. “Get up, you lying, weak bastard! Get up on your hind feet and look me in the eye, you punk-pimp!”

    • white531

WordsFailMe, I believe I would rather have you face Obama in this final debate.:)

I believe in Romney’s ability to handle the task, but it seems you were pre-wired at the factory, for the job.

As I have said before, Words don’t fail you. I love your commitment to this country, and I love it when you get angry. Please stay that way, until this thing is over, and we have a new President.

      • WordsFailMe

        I…choke….er…uh…words fail me….Thks!

  • dontdrinkthecoolaid

    Only 5 Reasons?

#6: He has lied to the American people.
    #7: He supports terrorist groups.
#8: His actions have murdered Americans, Fast & Furious, Behgazhi.
#9: Has not released his college records.
#10: He does not support Israel.
    and on, and on.

  • Army_Pilot1967

That’s a start on the reasons we can’t afford four more years of obama. I’m sure there are many more valid reasons as well…maybe those will show up in a subsequent ad.

    • Jerseygalnny

I agree, ArmyPilot! We think this way because we are among the informed. That ad is perfect for those who have not followed the issues as we have, but are well aware of the rising costs of gas, groceries, and health insurance.

      • Army_Pilot1967

        Great minds think alike, Jerseygalnny!!!

        • Jerseygalnny

Thanks, ArmyPilot! I can’t believe the extent to which some people are uninformed. Our country is at stake, so I really don’t care who gets tossed off some island, ya know? My guess is many here feel the same way!

  • Sinsonta

All 5 points are true facts and nothing Obummer can do to cover up for those facts.

  • underconstantatack

I have a very serious question here for anyone that may be able to offer or shed light ~ OR ~ give their own personal opinion of the content of this question. All the Executive Orders nObama has signed into law (including but not limited to: Martial Law, etc) without the participation of congress and/or the proper government process(es). Do you think these issues will come up in the foreign policy debate or any other way for the people to hear how Romney will deal with this (if he even has a position on this) or have O answer for these as they are brought to our (people who don’t actively watch or know of these things). Any thoughts on this?

    • white531

      Edit: double post

  • WinMissouri

Someone needs to make the ad with Obama saying in the 2nd debate that the reason gas was at $1.85 when he came into office was low because the economy was so bad. He said the price is double now because the economy is soooo good. Another example of his ignorance on economics, job creation, % of spending as it relates to the GDP, raising taxes etc.

    • Yazz55

Perhaps the obamessiah regime should “blame Bush” for gas being only $1.85.

    • Jerseygalnny

That Obama statement about gas prices was so dumb, I thought Biden said it!

  • CitizenVetUSA

    But we can afford:

Governor Romney’s “Plan for a Stronger Middle Class” has five primary elements.

The first is “Energy Independence” and involves increasing access to domestic energy, streamlining permitting for exploration and development, eliminating regulations that are destroying the coal industry and approving the Keystone pipeline.

The Second is “The Skills to Succeed.” Access to great schools and quality teachers. Access to higher education and job training programs. Retaining the best and brightest from around the world to help build our economy.

Third, Gov. Romney calls for “Trade that Works for America.” Opening new markets for our goods, creating free enterprise zones, and curtailing unfair trade practices.

Fourth, Gov. Romney wants to “Cut the Deficit.” Immediately reduce non-security discretionary spending by 5 percent, cap federal spending at 20 percent of the economy, transfer responsibility for programs to the states, consolidate agencies and align federal employee compensation with the compensation of their private sector counterparts.

Fifth and finally, Gov. Romney would “Champion Small Business” by reforming the tax code so as to reduce taxes on job creators, stop the increase in federal regulations that create red tape and slow job creation, protect businesses and workers from strong arm labor unions tactics, repeal ObamaCare and replace it with healthcare reform that controls costs and improves care.

The bottom line: We simply can’t afford another four years like the last four years.

  • bobemakk

Super ad, keep it going Mitt. We must rid this country of the Obama/Biden regime.

  • dk_in_tn

    Terrific Ad.

  • klaffner

they seem to have a new and unique voice.

  • “This time, vote like your whole world depended on it.” –Nixon, ’68

  • Nukeman60

Obama: “But…but…I killed bin Laden and I saved Big Bird! Isn’t that enough to give me four more years worth of tee times? I don’t get it.”
