Paul Combetta from Platte River Networks was asking in 2014 for advice on how to mass edit Hillary’s emails so that he could remove certain information:
Of course he wasn’t using his real name, he was using the pseudonym “stonetear”. So how do we know that was him?
The Internet Archive shows us a website called “Stone Tear” with his picture, via Morgenr:

He claims that he needs to remove the email addresses of the “VERY VIP” that he has on the server.
As Morgenr also pointed out, this is absolutely illegal:
Apparently word of all this has gotten back to Mr. Combetta, so what does he do? He deletes his REDDIT messages:
Oh did I mention that Combetta just plead the 5th the other day in a congressional hearing on Hillary’s emails?
THE HILL – Chaffetz pressed Combetta on the security of the server and deletions of certain emails from it but ultimately excused him “out of respect for your constitutional rights.”
“You’re an IT guy who’s paid by the Clintons. Who told you to delete the emails?” Chaffetz asked.
“On advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer and exert my Fifth Amendment right,” Combetta replied to each question.
I’m sure the FBI and the DOJ are going to jump all over this. Yeah, I’ll hold my breath.
