FATHER: Man who jumped White House fence mentally disturbed

Here’s more info on the man, Dominic Adesanya of Bel Air Maryland, who jumped the White House fence yesterday. According to his father, he’s mentally disturbed and while this is the first time he’s jumped the White House fence, it’s not the first time he’s been to the fence wanting to see the president.
