This segment is kinda funny because both Brian Williams and Rachel Maddow try to get the Former U.S. Ambassador Michael McFaul to Russia to say it’s implausible that Russia would interfere with our elections, and he shoots them down.

McFaul goes into the reasons why Putin would prefer Trump – he’s said he wants to rethink our role in NATO, and he’d love that. Trump also doesn’t seem to give a crap about international standards of human rights, more music to his ears.
McFaul brings up another reason Trump might target Hillary – he has a personal vendetta against her stemming from the time that SHE meddled in the Russian elections!! Pretty interesting.
I’m not sure why MSNBC is trying to run cover for Putin – this is the official story from the Hillary camp, but they don’t seem terribly eager to help her. Are they more protective of PUTIN than they are of Hillary?!
