Former CIA and Former Marine guarding US embassies both say Benghazi attack not an intelligence failure

Both Former CIA covert operator Mike Baker and Former Marine Rich Brewer say that our being unprepared for the Benghazi attack is so much deeper than just blaming it on an intelligence failure, that the questions should be why the Obama administration missed the risk assessment of the area and didn’t have Marines there a year ago.
