Former CIA Director of Operations, Chad Sweet, says he’s dealt with N. Korea and they are the worst of the worst. He says he’s one of the few who likes what Trump is doing and feels it’s necessary for him to be the bad cop:

As you already know I don’t really have an issue with Trump’s rhetoric about N. Korea. I think it needs to be strong and forceful so that N. Korea knows exactly what they are getting into.
Also, I told you the other day that I felt like this was good cop/bad cop and that Trump was playing the bad cop. So it’s funny to hear a CIA operations director say the same thing.
Bolton also appears to like what Trump is doing:
