On Special Report tonight, Fox News reporter Doug McKelway actually said the Melania ad was made by an anti-Trump super PAC. Finally! But then right after that they told another lie. See if you can catch it:
McKelway, repeating the Trump campaign, said Cruz refuses to disavow the super PAC responsible for the ad. And the way he says it makes it sound like Cruz was totally ok with the ad. But that’s not true at all!
Watch:
Cruz literally said YESTERDAY that the super PAC ad was completely inappropriate and that he or his campaign had nothing to do with it.
How is that for disavowing?
On Fox News’ hard news coverage, they really need to do a better job. After all, Cruz said this over 24 hours before they aired this segment.
