      Palin/Carson 2016 !!

      • freeperjim

I’d walk over broken glass for those 2 God-fearing patriots!

Alas, it may be too late to save America and our Constitution.

If the socialists & RINOs (i.e. Rubio, et al) passes amnesty for 30 million new d’RAT voters, turn out the lights….

I love Sarah but I see no way that she ever becomes POTUS or VP. The Left successfully destroyed her for over 5 years and there is no way she can break through to the drones to overcome that and get into the white house. Like Paul Ryan you can not be that exposed for that long, lose, and then come back successful. Not with today’s drive by media. Sad truth Conservatives face. West/Carson and watch Tingles head assplode!!

        • cudaforever

And you don’t think they would destroy West. Now is the time to stand up !!!

Agreed 6 months after 2008, but not anymore. Remember the rants on Reagan.

          Time for a spine folks.

The MSM destroys anybody with true conserative values. The depth of one’s character can be judged by the level of animosity from the left.

      • M_Becker

We really don’t need another incompetent POTUS. Carson, fine. Let Palin do what she does best, throw red meat to the adoring crowds.

      • JohnCraven

Carson/Palin 2016 or Palin/Carson 2016, either way sounds great to me.

I loved how Hannity asked him if he’d run for president and how he’d vote for him in a heartbeat and I loved his answer – “if the Good Lord grabbed me by the collar and said He wanted me to do this.”

Dr. Carson would be great as president and he did talk in his speech about how the Declaration of Independence was signed by 5 doctors.

I’m glad Hannity had the presence of mind to invite him back to debate Austin Goolsby who always reminds me of that Nationwide Insurance ad where the guy has a blue phone strapped to him and looks just like Goolsby.

I hope and pray Dr. Carson gets more and more air time on Hannity and elsewhere.

If you want to see him when he was much younger go to YouTube and look up Ben Carson Part 1 and Ben Carson Part 2. [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhAjFqMeyaE and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrcBkAxCP1I ]

You will be incredibly impressed. He is absolutely a brilliant brain surgeon. Did you know he was I think the first neurosurgeon to ever do brain surgery on a child in its mother’s womb? He’s brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant! And funny too! And profound! Notice how he told Hannity how he prays before every speech for God to give him the wisdom to speak. Well just before he spoke, Nero Ceasar Obama had gotten up there at the podium and was basically casting aspersions on prayer.

We have a great light in Dr. Carson and let’s hope more and more people see it.

Palin??!!! OMG! That would be the end of us! or USA. She could not handle be the Governor of Alaska and QUIT mid term. She is a self absorbed dingbat. Lets find someone that is not out for glory, a reality show, or any special interest agenda other than bringing back our Constitution, having true transparency/disclosure, and to stop the bogus “War on Terror” and focus on real issues like removing Big Pharma and their agenda, jobs, feeding the poor, etc….

        • Stryder51

Actually, she was an excellent governor in Alaska. She stepped down because she was sick of her family being attacked and smeared in the media. She was also tired of all the bogus investigations by the Dems (none of which amounted to squat).

        • cudaforever

Actually Cassandra, Obama is the End of us, Palin would be a Godsend. I recommend the movie “The Undefeated” if you want to know her true record in Alaska which was outstanding !!

        Carson/Palin 2016

  • Sober_Thinking

I commend him… not only did he speak the truth, he spoke it in the lion’s den. Not many people would do that… with THE lion so near.

Pray for him because he will likely come under attack from Obama’s ilk, the media, or fools.

Bob Beckle from The Five is already spitting mad about this guy. So what… The good doctor said what needed to be said.

    Excellent.

    • 80s_kid_wants_rainbow_back

We all know what happened to Dinesh Dsouza.

    • Is_Sense_Common

3..2..1… We’ll soon be hearing about Dr. Carson’s extramarital gay affairs and how he didn’t pay his taxes and when he was 9, he stepped on an innocent spider and he made his hands into the shape of a gun & SHOT his older brother.

I think we’d better add Dr. Carson to our prayer list for protection of character against slander. (although something tells me he can take it & dish it back in spades…)

      • Sober_Thinking

I was thinking he’d be accused of running a pre-school prostitution ring while wearing a coat made from kittens and that he laundered money from his sales of advanced weapons to radical Muslim jihadists (oh wait, that’s okay in this regime)… from his sales of Bibles in 3rd world Muslim countries while planning to bomb Wall Street and assassinate Occupy Wallstreet activists as he raided food pantries of the local homeless shelter.

        Or something like that.

You’re right, he needs to be uplifted in prayer. :)

      • Susan Pillsbury

They are probably scouring the archives right now for anything whatsoever, and if they cannot find something, they will invent something. HOWEVER, when a truly called servant of God steps up to this kind of task, any attacks on him or her end up punctuating the difference between the darkness and the light. It doesn’t make the darkness love him more, but it will resonate with anyone looking for the light.

    • StrangernFiction

This guy is a hopeless Bible clinger. Sad that King Hussein had to listen to that.

      • Sober_Thinking

        Lol…

Wise man…unfortunately a fish out of water

  • Godisright

Wow! what a gifted man. Did you see Obama squirming in his chair? The foolish were laid low when Dr. Carson opened his mouth. He made the point that without God there is chaos – and boy, are we in a chaotic state of affairs. I kept seeing Obama look down so as to not make acknowledgement of this man’s intellect – quite sad.
If it were me sitting in Obama’s chair, I would have made a bee-line to him and asked him to meet for dinner. Dr. Carson is a rare and valuable human being who portrays what America emulated from it’s infancy.

  • nosilasunny

What a wonderful way to begin and end my day! I think he is correct that people just want to hear the truth without the liberal media PC filter. His point about the deficit is spot on. I think all would like to speak the truth to the powers that be if we had the opportunity and that is one of the reasons we are identifying with him. He did it with aplomb and dignity without meanspiritedness. He just spoke logic and truth. This man is an inspiration not a victim and that is why we saw the behavior that we did from the president.

    • c4pfan

Exactly. Now why can’t the GOP get that throught their heads?

      • nosilasunny

Because they’ve bought into the media’s PC lies for some reason.

“HOPE OF THE WICKED” by Ted Flynn should be mandatory reading for those who want a real handle on the world today, especially US politics. As Franklin Roosevelt once stated, there are no accidents in US politics. Everything is allowed to happen, “everything is going as planned.” Every High ranking politician is part of the plan to incrementally subvert the United States into “serfdom.” Like railroad tracks, the “two party system” is bilateral, but connected in direction by the “head” of the “New World Order.” Both Parties are packs of wolves, with one pack smelling blood and honing in on the kill while the other, fearful of the “sheeple” waking up to the direction they are heading, would slow the process down so the “sheeple” can return to Fantasy Land and be lulled into unawareness again. (“Into the boxcar, please. We are taking you to safety.”) There is one plan, and it is being carried out. Obama knows, Rove knows. Read “HOPE OF THE WICKED,” or watch “THE GRINDING DOWN OF AMERICA.” Both illustrate the illusion of “We the People” being in control by electing our politicians, when in fact, the majority of politicians are subdued by the power, money and prestige of office. These people are no more than “useful idiots” and when their usefulness is over…. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

          • alien4palin

I couldn’t agree with you more. Onto their game decades ago.

I have been saying this for the past decades and mostly fallen on deaf ears.
Those who are supposed to represent the right is for a “New World Order” and the Left is for a “One World Order” No disrespect intended, reminds me of the joke on Irishmen, ” Put 2 spades against the wall and ask him to take his pick.”

USA being the Super Power and the last frontier is the only major obstacle standing in the path of their agenda. If they succeed in doing this to the USA, the rest will be history. The only way to bring USA to her knees is from within.

Sadly, people are not taking any notice of the fact that they are in control of the UN for decades which will be their Imperial Headquarter when they achieve their agenda. Educational systems in the developed world had already been hijacked a long time ago to prepare our future generations to be subservient global citizens. The Climate Change and Environment issue is part of the agenda to siphon our wealth to line their own pockets and permanently cripple us financially. Political Correctness is a tool created by them to shut up those who have the courage to speak out and stop any dissention to derail their goal.

The financial melt down is orchestrated to speed up their agenda. They are so close, they can taste it. When 99% of the world population finally achieve equality in poverty, abject misery and drudgery……..

Going back to a time before WWII where most people are poor and still have their innocence and modicum of freedom BUT this time around we will be shackled & tagged in the Digital age.

Why settle for being President of the USA every 4 years to 300 plus millions when you can take turn every 4 years as Emperor of Planet Earth of billions.
Them, their families and cronies will get to enjoy the Garden, plenty of slaves to attend to it. Plentiful of energy resource reserve to keep warm & cozy in their mansions and their private jets to oversee their vast estates.

A damn shame a Republican hack got this interview instead of a person of principle. Too bad Beck’s name has been so tarnished that even conservatives would fear talking on his show. I could imagine that interview being 1000x better.

  • spikebites

Dr.Ben Carson you are the American Dream. I hope every parent has their
    children watch this video.

  • conservativemama

Yes! And now I will go to sleep happy knowing that good men still live and thrive in this country.

    • Is_Sense_Common

I believe there are MANY good men (and women) who still reside in this country. Our media is working around the clock to make it appear that there is only one thought-process in the nation with just a few outliers – us. When in fact, just the opposite is true. Don’t lose hope!

      • NYGino

ISC, you must have been a cheerleader in school. You perked me up. Thanks.

        • Is_Sense_Common

Nope – I played basketball & softball & volleyball. I was never perky enough to cheer. Plus too many brain cells. ;~)

But glad you found a grin. How much snow are you buried under?

          • conservativemama

No, no, no………….dont’ diss cheering. I was a high school cheerleader.

lol you’re so much fun to mess with! :-D

                • NYGino

I guess I opened up a can of worms. Cheering is a good thing, requires energy, cooperation, competitiveness, strength, guts, flair and self respect among other things. Another thing I really like watching is “Double Dutch”.
That appreciation must come from my early years on the streets of Brooklyn.

                • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

Oh man NY, I never had the coordination to do double dutch very long. Now THAT is a skill and sport! :-D
Afternoon westcoast! Beauty day isn’t it! I have another rose in full bloom :-) Yes I smelled it and we both enjoyed it lol!

                • NYGino

Beautiful day is an understatement! Guess it’s our responsibility to let our northern Scoopers know that such days as this do exist and will be visiting them fairly soon.

How’s my westcoast BFF doing? You sound great and you’re looking fantastic also.
Just got back from a river’s edge open air farmers market. The wife and I had fresh fish tacos, conch fritters and Italian gelato, bought lots of vegetables and mingled with lots of great folks. So, what’s your new rose’s name?

                • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

mmmmm conch fritters and Italian gelato….. now I’m hungry and haven’t got a clue what to make for dinner. Sounds like a great day! I had chores earlier, now the boy is fighting me for computer time, so I’m going to go sit up on our “look out” platform, listen to my Mp3 player and see if any deer, bears or panthers happen by ;-)
                  It’s a good day today.
Have a Blessed rest of the day NY! xoxo

                • conservativemama

Whoa. Love Double Dutch but I never mastered it. But I do remember lots of jump-roping way back when.

And playing jacks. Loved that game.

                • conservativemama

And today’s cheer regimen will give you killer abs. The girls spend lots of time conditioning and core work is vital for the stunts and tumbling.

              • conservativemama

                None taken!

One of my daughters is a cheerleader. It’s multi-generational in this family.

            • alien4palin

Cheer leading is a beautiful thing until the left celebrity Loonies hijacked it and turned it into a cheap reality show. Everything they touched turn cheap and nasty which is exactly their goal.

          • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

too many brain cells. YIKES sister, I was a cheerleader! ;-)

          • NYGino

Snow? in South Florida? Not much.

            • Is_Sense_Common

Silly me. I forgot you were a transplant… Lucky you! (Or smart you…)

BTW, you did some fine cheerleading yourself right there!! Way to go!

“Here we go Scoopers, here we go!!” Lol!

      • conservativemama

You’re right. There are many good people in this country. I think you’re right, the media marginalizes the good so that when a Dr. Carson does break through the noise, it takes you by surprise.

  • http://onthemark1.blogspot.com/ On The Mark

His speech was exemplary. But not only because of its content. Carson spoke the cold hard truth boldly, but ever so gently. You can see even in this interview that his serenity is infectious. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen Hannity so calm.

  • white531

A good example of the spirit that lives in all of us, but only manifests itself in special people, like Dr. Ben Carson.

amazing the difference between the Dr. and the Domer! I just read his manifesto. I don’t doubt the meida don’t want to mention it as it mentions THEM. I also remember the media told us the unibomber was a right winger ( http://inamericanhistory.blogspot.com/2012/05/unabomber.html ) but over and over these deeds are done by left wingers.

  • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

This was worth watching Hannity for. This man is incredible. Common sense is SO refreshing, especially when it’s spoken in a calm manner as Dr. Carson does. I love his message and I pray more people will hear it.

    I’d vote for him too.
    West/Carson 2016!!

    • http://profiles.yahoo.com/u/PYR55IJHBCU26JWEZIQDNBFFVQ Peter

Yeah but, is he willing to run? he has earned the respect of his own environment, he may not care to be thrown to the dogs, and have his whole world tore to shreds by his opposition as well as his ‘fellow travelers’.
Ego and money could be some of his biggest enemies.

  • maquignon

Can you imagine how much better off we would be if Ben Carson were president instead of Barack Obama? The contrast between the two SCREAMED from the television. On the one hand, a brilliant patriot and on the other a fool who should be tried for treason.

I hate that he even has to say that. But I love that he says everything that he says.

I think I’d consider backing him for prez if he ran ….

    • Is_Sense_Common

You could tell he was annoyed that he even had to say that, but such is the nation we live in these days. You know the lefties – they’ll stage a boycott & many of the donations that are received will be accused of being blood money for an Uncle Tom and those who donate to a good cause will be accused of racism, hate-speech, and bigotry. The Color of Change is probably starting its bully-campaign right about now.

I’ve been on the receiving end of their threatening, hateful, and just plain evil press campaigns. It requires a spine made of titanium to withstand the brutal attacks.

This man actually appears to have virtue, something 99% of percent of our elitists in Washington lack.

  • colliemum

I would’ve loved to have met and known his mom! I bet you anything that in these present times the social workers would’ve been at her for making her sons ‘anti-social’ with all the reading!

And yes – he exemplified the Power of Prayer because the Holy Spirit really gave him the words he said in that speech.
May God keep him and his family safe!

    • Patriot077

I would love to see his Mom and hear some of her observations. I liked seeing the pride in his face when he talked about her earning her G.E.D.

I saw a youtube of him being interviewed by Penn State – about an hour long but I could have listened to him for much longer. What a marvelous story from a humble man.

There are many more clips of him that I intend to view as time permits.

      • alien4palin

Patriot 077, thank you so much for posting the link.

I have now seen quite a few videos of his interviews and about him. Like Sarah Palin, what you see & hear is what you get. An abundant of common sense and logic between them provide healthy nourishing diet for one’s soul and heart.

There are indeed many more clips and I look forward to seeing some more.

alien4palin, I wish I could get on DVD the Celebrate Life! programs which American Life League produced about 20 years ago which featured Dr. Carson – there were 2 such programs – the first was called “The Claypools” and featured a woman who I remember as being blind but who adopted several children who had major deformities which Dr. Ben Carson helped alleviate – there was part of a segment from that video in Ben Carson Part 1 – the second video was called “Gifted Hands” and went into great depth about how Dr. Carson separated the German siamese twins and other things about Dr. Carson’s background.

They were fantastic videos each 24 minutes long and I still have them on VHS videotapes but I can’t play them anymore on my old VHS machines – they just don’t play but they were tremendously inspiring to me and I know they would be to all again if they could see them.

When he talked to those high school students about how angry he was when he was young and how he tried to stab someone who offended him in someway and how the blade of the knife broke and how he actually scared himself with how out of control he was and how he went home and locked himself in the bathroom with the Bible and read Proverbs and saw himself in it I couldn’t help but think God broke that knife blade for a far greater purpose He had in mind for Dr. Carson.

Hannity is a confused individual, he has yet to attain enlightenment, assemble his values system to realize true & lasting conviction. Until then, he is going to remain discombobulated.

  • tinlizzieowner

His mother had every (liberal) excuse to be a ‘victim’ and the God given character to rise above it.
A Black woman like that scares the likes of Obama, Sharpton and the rest of the ‘race pimps’ to death.

    • sarahsupporter

And just look at the son she raised!!

    • Patriot077

That’s why they hate on Clarence Thomas, too. His Grandfather was the guiding light and moral compass in his life. Hard work and No Excuses. It’s the secret to any sucessful person’s achievements.

      • tinlizzieowner

Contrast this man with an only child whose ‘sperm donor’ was a Communist whose mother was a ‘Hippie’ and his ‘real’ parents were his uber-liberal, wealthy, grand parents.

    • alien4palin

They damn well should. As my very wise dearly departed Ma would say, the lady could swallow them whole and spit their bones out before they can say bob your uncle.

  • aposematic

Beside the fact that Dr. Carson spoke with overwhelming common sense wisdom (I can easily vision Dr. Carson as not unlike our Nation’s founders.) exposing many of the very serious flaws in our present Governance, but that Dr. Carson stood 5 feet away from the top promoter of the flaws when doing so gives me hope that all is not yet lost. Could such a scenario be repeated four years from now?

    • colliemum

Don’t forget that this self-same ‘top promoter’ afterwards had the gall to take a poke all who were present, moaning about how these meetings don’t achieve anything, according to what he sees on his teevee!

Dr Carson has achieved more, and something far better and longer lasting than the failed community organiser.

    • Patriot077

I also enjoyed that he shook Jeff Sessions’ hand after (I admire Senator Sessions) but made no attempt to seek out the other guy.

      • NYGino

“…the other guy.” I love it.

        • Patriot077

I just wish the damage he’s doing was as insignificant as he is. It’s not my place to judge but what a waste of time and space.

  • Is_Sense_Common

Wow! What a great guy to interview! And Hannity didn’t interrupt him & put words in his mouth the whole time. Loved it. Thanks for posting. I believe I’ll share that one!

  • 12grace

Dr. Ben Carson, patriot and gentleman. Bravo!

  • Sandra123456

Dr. Carson talked about needing people in DC who will do the what is logically needed, who will do the right things, not the left sided or right sided agendas. You can’t get that with professional politicians.

The only way I can see getting the Dr. Carsons, your neighbors, your preacher, and you the reader into politics for a brief time to do the right things as a citizen-politician is term limits. These people in office for 10+ years lose touch with reality and become obsessed with power.

What an inspiring man Dr. Carson is.

The movie is also available in parts.

I already had the whole movie and have watched it several times. Excellent movie.

    • nosilasunny

I have read over half of his book Gifted Hands already this morning. I would definetly recommend it.

  • Jaels_Song

This man is an inspiration across the board. My son’s loved his speech enough to share it with their friends on Facebook and give the link to a couple of their teachers. As a parent, I am inspired by the parenting skills that Dr. Carson’s mother demonstrated toward her son’s. Equally impressive is that their mother went to college and earned herself a doctorate degree. Great family story that inspires my family.

  • NoTrustInMen

I guess I am here to say temper your excitement because we have been down this road before. I surely understand the thirst people have for leadership, it seems like we have a new candidate every week. But he too will disappoint in some way that is the pattern. Today people don’t seem to tolerate differing viewpoints, so when some view of his is off the mark his star will also fall.

    • nosilasunny

I understand your point. But I view him as someone from whom we can learn a lot. His experiences are completely different from my own yet I can identify with his basic beliefs. I don’t think he is the next in line to be our new great leader. I think it is going to take all of us working together with our own unique ideas and experiences. Of course he is not perfect. None of us are. Read his book, he flat out admits his shortcomings. It isn’t about him so much as it is his beliefs, his faith, his ideals, and his courage to stand up for them no matter who is listening or sitting right next to him. It is something that I know I have been praying for to see again in my country. I think this has given us a renewal of hope this weekend. Something I think we have all been in need of over the last few months.

      • NoTrustInMen

This man is such an inspiration and can be for so many that need to be inspired and shown that they dont have to be stuck in misery, he offers so much.
The fastest way to deflate a hero is in politics, especially in the current climate. The ideological trenches are just too deep and the media, Hanity included demonizes those who do not agree with them. Yes I have heard of him for years. Loved his debate with Richard Dawkins.

        • nosilasunny

I agree. I don’t think he will be getting into politics unless he feels that is God’s call for him. And if it is I will be praying for his protection from those vultures.

          • NoTrustInMen

I don’t believe God calls anyone to politics. It is not his will. 1 Timothy 2:4 tells us what God’s will is. Far to many Christian have been lured as Satan tried to do to jesus, into politics, a distraction from the real important work of saving lives. So it sounds like many voices are already pushing him, but we shall see.

            • nosilasunny

I don’t completely agree with you because if I did that would be saying that George Washington followed himself instead of the Lord when he accepted the nomination for president. He went in reluctantly. From what i know about him I believe he sought God’s will. How about Sarah Palin or Ronald Reagan? People aren’t perfect we all make mistakes wherever he calls us to and the best of us can get caught up in the wrong things. I can’t speak to others calls only my own and I don’t presume to know His complete will for others, but can God not use His people in politics to bring people to him? It is dangerous but so was the lion’s den and look how he provided for Daniel. He set David up to be king from whose lineage our Savior came. Why he has even used tax collectors for the furtherence of His kingdom. I do acknowledge politics is a viper pit especially in today’s culture, but that doesn’t mean everyone should stay and reach only those in their comfort zone if God tells them to act. I am not clamoring for him to throw his hat into the ring, I was simply pointing out that it is between Dr. Carson and God. He seems to be cautious man of faith who will seek out and follow the Lord. If he does enter the political arena, he will have my prayers. I know you just want is best for Dr. Carson and for people to come to accept Christ too as do I.

              • NoTrustInMen

2 Timothy 3:16, 17 says All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

It is scripture that makes us fully equipped for every good work. Our calling can be found at Matthew 28:19, 20.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Our calling from Jesus himself, do we need any other? It would be easy to say God called me for this or that but scripture is clear what our commission is and no further calling is necessary to the end of the age.

Sure some may believe that God has called them, they have some overwhelming personal desire to do this or that. Would you believe that God called Barak Obama to serve? Glen Beck said God would chose who he wanted as President, do you believe he did? George Bush said he was called and was at one time the darling of the Christian right. What happened?

Talk is easy, that is why we have scripture. If you stick to scripture then you are not swayed by every person who claims to have been called by God. And the light of scripture is quite revealing and uncompromising (Hebrews 4:12). Revelation 22:18 says “I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.”

This protects you from following anyone who claims to have had a revelation from God.
The Bible prophesied that things will go from bad to worse (2 Timothy 3:13). That Satan would mislead the entire world (Revelation 12:9), even as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14, 15).

So if any man said he was called by God to run for President then 1 John 4:1 tells us to test it. In light of scripture we already know what the true calling is.

As I mentioned Glen Beck said God wanted Romney to win (number one how did he know) and Pat Robertson said God told him Romney would win (I wonder if he recorded the conversation), of course now he said he thought he heard from God.

What does this tell you about these folks according to scripture? If you stick to scripture then you are not swayed by every person who claims to have been called by God or talked to God.

                • nosilasunny

Sir respectfully I am not swayed by every person that comes along. You don’t know me and to imply that I do not follow Scripture or am committing heresy by adding to His Word is insulting and a personal attack. I am not some wishy washy person that chases after every new silver tonuged person that says something I like. You have completely ignored my point that God can use his people anywhere to reach the lost for Him (the great commission that you keep refering to as if I know nothing of it) and yes he tells them where to go and he directs their steps individually! Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6. You think God doesn’t give us special gifts, talents, and interests that we are supposed to use and develop for his service? I Corinthians 12 speaks of that very thing. And yes politics is an interest that he can use!

No not all men who claim to be called by God have. However, I don’t think Glenn Beck knows anymore than you do the personal relationship between God and another true believer (not a Mormon, they have added to thd Word of God.) Admiring someone for their courage to speak the truth is not following man blindly. You seem to want to hold flawed imperfect people to a standard of impossible perfection. Guess we shouldn’t attend church either because the pastor is a man leading us.

“Far to many Christian have been lured as Satan tried to do to jesus, into politics, a distraction from the real important work of saving lives.” – I take real issue with you here. Satan never tempted Jesus into politics. And I am sorry it is Jesus who saves not you or anyone else. All we can do is lead others to Him.

At this point we are at cross purposes and I am done with this conversation.

                • NoTrustInMen

So sorry, not even my intention. Not even thinking of you, but meant to say we must be careful. It did not come out that way, please excuse my deficiencies in this area. In my years I have heard it so many, many, times but am meet with disappointment. I have seen people so disheartened time after time after time and things continue to get worse and we fall after another man. Christ is the only one I will put my trust in and in God’s word as Psalms 146:3 – Put not your trust in princes, in a son of man, in whom there is no salvation.

                  I will now shut up.

                • nosilasunny

I accept your apology and that those weren’t your intentions. I am sorry I took it that way. I understand your dissappointment. No hard feelings. And with that I will also shut up.

    • JohnCraven

NoTrustInMen, there are two videos on YouTube from 20 years ago which show Dr. Carson as he was 20 years ago and his mother too – they are Ben Carson Part 1 and Ben Carson Part 2 – easily found and beautifully done and what you see in those videos is what you saw on Hannity and what you saw at the National Prayer Breakfast in front of Nero Obama.

After you watch these videos which are roughly 10 minutes each, then come back and say “temper your excitement” if you can.

The problem is that “logic and common sense” are in direct opposition to “power and control. Washington, DC is not about logic and common sense, it is about power and control. Until we as a people start electing politicians that are more about logic and common sense than about power and control, nothing is going to change.

We also have a President that believes America should pay for the sins of colonialism. A President, who (in my opinion and based upon his belief), doesn’t want to see America thrive and prosper.

Excellent interview, a view of the rare quality we call statesmanship.

  • http://teapartyreaganconservative.blogspot.com/ TeaPartyReaganConservative

Dr. Carson is a true American Patriot, whose words are of Truth, Righteousness, and Courage. All of which Obama sat bitterly hating every word Dr. Carson spoke, because he hates America, he hates Freedom and Liberty, he hates the U.S. Constitution for We the People- ie; He, Obama, hates We the People.

Why- because he is not an American. He’s an anti-American / liberal Socialist Marxist Islamist, whose agenda is the internal destruction of America, our Free Market Capitalist system of Economy, our U.S. Constitution / Law of the Land, our Freedom and Liberty, our Democracy, our Independence as a Nation, via our massive natural resources of energy for which his why he has shut down as many coal, oil, and gas production and supply companies as he legally can, trying to replace it with ineffective, unfeasibly applied wind and solar BS, aka Obama and the left’s green energy ruse.. As well as Dr. Carson stated issue with our Education system- Obama has federally mandated to replace with dumb down minimal academic courses and subversive propaganda.

And finally our U.S. Military, for which has been the one thing that has kept the tyrannical evil powers in the world from succeeding in exerting their control over the Western Free World and all free people of the world. Why do you think Obama has ordered the rapid reduction of our U.S. Military, it’s personnel, equipment, arsenal, it’s ability to fight and wage war on 2 or 3 fronts at once. And the most egregious of all, his order to destroy half of our U.S. nuclear deterrent arsenal/warheads, and it’s delivery systems, ie; submarines, land based ICBM missiles and sites, etc..

This is what Obama meant when he said to Putin, he will have more flexibility after his re-election- ie; the impotency of America, via the weight and burden of massive fiscal and financial debt, and the dissolving of our U.S. Military to the point of just being a hollow shell of illusion of a hollow superpower, which is Obama’s #1 goal.

This is what parasites-(in this case, political and social parasites) do to a healthy whole body, it destroys it from the inside- eating away til there’s nothing is left but the shell.

So encouraging to anyone on the lookout for a plainspeaking, common sense representative of our basic American values. Part of his power was in his evident goodness and undeniable authority as one who is speaking the truth. A few years ago Mother Theresa similarly rocked this prayer event when she took a stand against abortions, but Dr.Carson didn’t just speak against issues, but actually offered solutions, and we are looking for solutions. Whether or not he becomes a presidential candidate, the amazing positive response to his surfacing should put all other contenders, government officials on alert.
