Chris Wallace asked George Will to respond to the inundation of hateful emails to him from supporters of the Donaldinator, and he had one message for them – get over it!
While I definitely feel the anger at the GOP establishment that a lot of the Trumpeters feel, Will has a point. The safeguards that he founders wrote into the Constitution to keep tyrants from lording it over us are also the ones that keep us from changing the government too rapidly. But the real question is whether the Republicans have actually done all they could to keep their promises to the American people, or if they’re more interested in holding on to their political power.
