Glenn Beck: My wife almost killed me this weekend

If you were paying attention to twitter this weekend, then you probably saw Glenn Beck tweet that he left his wife’s garment bag, including the dress she had picked out for the wedding they were about to attend in Texas, at home. Hint, his home isn’t in Texas.

He tells the entire story here including what she had to wear to the wedding. Enjoy!

    A classic marriage extravaganza!

…now this doesn’t surprise me at all about Beck…more importantly what did they DO at the airport? Did they use the scanners or pat down, or nothing?

I listened to his show this morning for all three hours(something I rarely do nowadays) and he didn’t take ONE phone call…for THREE HOURS…I mean to the general commenting public. That is alot of talking for one person!

    • Because the calls are always nothing more than a ploy to either prove himself right or have him confront the incoherent of his critics to demonstrate his ability for an “on the spot” riposte. Obviously since he was going to spend the time giving personal family anecdotes rather than talk about anything of importance in the world there was no need to allow anyone else to get a word in.

The man loves to hear himself talk that is for sure. I have noticed there have been a lot less calls lately.

I’m glad Glenn’s still alive. Whew!

I remember a trip my wife and I took to Las Vegas to celebrate an anniversary. When we arrived at the airport in Vegas, I went to pull put our bank envelope with the cash I had withdrawn for us to play with, only to discover that I had left it inside the console of our car. Fortunately we had enough of a reserve at the time to pull more out. Now it would be a disaster for us!

i liked the part about the gun give-away better!..God Bless Texas!!

It was one of those rare days riding in my truck long enough to listen to Glenn this morning in lengthy segments. It was funny stuff! All of us married guys can relate to EXACTLY what he was describing.

One of the best stories I have heard in a very long time. God Bless America, the Great State of Texas, Glenn Beck and the Navy Seals.

A day in life of an average American… living life. ; -)

“Honey, seeing as I’m bringing home millions of dollars that YOU get to spend pretty much as you see fit, and that I must be at the studio 5 days a week for a 3-hour radio show, 1-hour TV show, numerous meetings, other projects, plus warn the entire free world about the evil intentions of Spooky Dude, the Tides Foundation, Van Jones, UAW, SEIU, TSA, Fabian Progessive Liberals, et al, don’t you think you could show us all a bit of respect, self-control, and intelligence by getting your sh-t together on time and taking care of your own friggin’ garment bag? Is that too much to ask for?”

      Not married, I presume…..

Cute story — especially Glenn mocking his wife’s voice. She must have a good sense of humor anyway to put up with him.
