It’s amazing how Allen West’s comments surge through the media like a missile. Today on The Five they did a segment on his recent comments about Obama wanting Americans to be his economic slaves and predictably Beckel was outraged OUTRAGED! But running to West’s defense was Gutfeld who, like most of us, loved that Allen West used that kind of language to make his point and like anyone who heard even a sliver of the context, Gutfeld knew West was talking about economic slavery. Only an idiot like Bob would think he meant actual slavery. Of course, what was disappointing was that The Five just played the same old edited clip by that crackpot news organization who cut West’s sentence off right after the word ‘slave’ just to make it more extreme. All the while I’m screaming I have the full context right here. Ugh.
