Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel told Charlie Rose that our military capability, the idea that we don’t ever want to be in a fair fight, is being threatened and the American people need to know it. He said that we are still #1 in every area, but with respect to the military implied that wouldn’t last forever and noted that it’s the job of our leaders to prepare our military for the future or else they have failed.
