    The Wall of Shame.

  • RocklinConservative

    Well… These are the ones that nEed to be voted out.

  • stage9

    Cool. My state lawmakers want to be re-elected.

    • patriot077

      stage9 Good. Don’t let your guard down. Amnesty is comin’ right up! :)

  • JamesElecj1

    SAME AS VOTING FOR GUN CONTROL THE PEOPLE ARE NOT STUPID. HELLER HAS LOST ANOTHER VOTE

  • JamesElecj1

    This is the same as voting for gun control, the people are not stupid. Heller has lost another vote.

  • colliemum

    Jeff Flake?
    What?
    Isn’t he supposed to be a TEA Party candidate, wasn’t he endorsed by Sarah Palin?
    The DC criminal syndicate has got to him p.d.q., hasn’t it.
    Shame on him.

    • RocklinConservative

      colliemum same with Ayotte

      • colliemum

        RocklinConservative Yep. But Flake was in DC only since January – that must be a record.
        Just contrast and compare to Ted Cruz.

        This has been a very bad week for conservatives.

        • deTocqueville1

          colliemum RocklinConservative Exactly.

        • OneThinDime

          colliemum RocklinConservative The GOP is dead.

          colliemumRocklinConservative It’s been a bad week for America. :-(
          “It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution. The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the question in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle. We revere this lesson too much … to forget it” — James Madison.

      • Amjean

        RocklinConservative colliemum  I am generally am supportive of Sarah Palin, however, did see a trend in her endorsements that was questionable.  It appeared that many of her endorsements were pre approved, if you will, by the Susan B. Anthony organization.  They may have vetted candidates based on one or two social issues; meaning they didn’t perform full research on their records, principles and ideals.
        On the other hand, we all know that candidates will do and  say anything to get elected and stay on the taxpayer gravy train.

    • OneThinDime

      colliemum Flake, Ayotte both traitors

  • Kiyoti

    How can any supposed educated individual such as the following:
    [GOP ayes: Ayotte, Alexander, Corker, Chambliss, Burr, Coburn, Collins, Flake, Isaakson, Graham, Kirk, Toomey, Heller, Hoeven, McCain, Wicker]
    Allow their name to be attached to ANYTHING without reading it?
    TOTALLY DESPICABLE !!!

    • Conservative_Utopia

      Kiyoti Has anyone posted the excuses from this pack of boot-lickers?  I would love to hear the “logic” presented on why this is a good idea.

      • patriot077

        Conservative_Utopia Kiyoti donchaknow it’s for the children?

  • JimLand

    Both the Ga Senators again?  We can do better.

    • Amjean

      JimLand  I don’t get it.  My business has a customer base all across the country and I can say that the business owners I deal with who reside in the south are most protective of their gun rights.
      Perhaps the state is like Illinois; leftie Chicago rules and leftie Atlanta rules.
      Has Newt Gingrich spoken out against this?

      • JimLand

        Amjean JimLand Not that I know of.  And Atlanta really isn’t that lefty.  The intercity is.  So you have John Lewis’s district and Hank Johnson who is great entertainment, but most of the state is very red including all the suburbs.

    • patriot077

      JimLand Has Chambliss said he’s retiring? His term is done in 2014 and Isaakson is only two years behind him.

  • TSZarathustra

    Man, Jeff Flake went from Tea Party to Establishment at breakneck speed. Usually they ease into it.

    • deTocqueville1

      TSZarathustra He sure did, so did Ayotte. Frauds and traitors.

    • OneThinDime

      TSZarathustra Flake is also pushing for illegal alien amnesty at lightning speed next to his buddy McAmnesty

    • JangoBear

      TSZarathustra My take is that they saw the power of the TEA Party and were sneaky enough to use it for their own means.  I wonder if any of them were ever really Conservatives to begin with.  Just long enough to get into office.  Thank goodness for Sen. Ted Cruz.

      • patriot077

        JangoBear TSZarathustra Yes, I thank God for Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, too. Both know what should be done and fully respect the limitations placed on the feds by our system of government. We need at least 2 dozen more like them.

  • ryanomaniac

    No one from Texas baby!!!!

    • M_J_S

      ryanomaniac I am really considering a move down there….its just so damn hot

      • ryanomaniac

        M_J_S ryanomaniac Hot? You ain’t kidding jack. Its hotter than two puppies making love in a wool sock. Last year it almost set a record for fifty something straight days. Only one day in between that was like 98 degrees. It felt like Spring.

        • M_J_S

          ryanomaniac M_J_S LOL….and you still wear cowboy boots!
          Hot freedom is better than lukewarm tyranny

        • patriot077

          ryanomaniac M_J_S I know exactly what you are talking about. I grew up in Wyoming where it gets hotter than a pistol on the 4th of July. Like walking into a blast furnace. And the winters were cold. Like the deep freeze, but colder. I distinctly remember 40 below with wind chill factor 70 below. I don’t think my old bones could take that anymore :)

  • Kiyoti

    There is a tipping point….at some point, people will have had enough.
    ~~~Remember The Alamo~~~ ???
    Remember this vote by these individuals next election cycle !!!
  • luvmy3suns
    Apparently a 14% approval rate has no effect on these traitors.  Must be pretty confident that those up for re-election can steal..er..win in 2014.
  • Kiyoti
    Despicable “Gang of 16″:
    Ayotte, Alexander, Corker, Chambliss, Burr, Coburn, Collins, Flake, Isaakson, Graham, Kirk, Toomey, Heller, Hoeven, McCain, Wicker
    • M_J_S
      Kiyoti No surprise here except for Toomey
  • http://cfp4us.org/ AmericanborninCanada
    I go to town for 2 hours and come home to see and hear that they freaking caved again.  Not surprising but still like a kick in the stomach.  I really don’t want a civil war, but seems our “representatives” are certainly pushing people to a revolution.
    “I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical…. It is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government.” -Thomas Jefferson
  • Kelly60
    Well, I’m not worried about Texas just yet…thank goodness.
    • SheerPolitics
      Kelly60 They wouldn’t DARE! :-)
  • Amjean
    Are the dems that voted “nay” up for reelection?
    • luvmy3suns
      I do know Warner is up for reelection in 2014, but had no fear of voting “yea”.
    • patriot077
      Amjean How perceptive. Both Begich & Pryor will face the voters next fall. And so will Max Baucus in MT who voted yea. Betcha he regrets that by the end of the day.
  • http://www.navalwarfare.blogspot.com/ Libertyship46
    I’m not surprised by Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania because he comes from a liberal state and is probably trying to stay alive there politically. But I am surprised at Tom Coburn of Oklahoma. Even Saxby Chambliss of Georgia is a surprise. If this is any indication of what the final vote will be, we are doomed.
    • dorsaimail
      Libertyship46 it will never pass the House so all those Red state Dem senators just signed their death warrent …
    • GWShrub
      I’m from PA & I would argue that it’s a ‘liberal’ state, at least not in the region where I live.  However, I AM embarrased to say that because of Pittsburgh & Philadelphia, it’s voted Democrat in the last 4 elections which does put it in the ‘blue’.   At any rate, here’s the email that I sent to Mr. Toomey’s office yesterday:
      Mr. Toomey,
      I already have to go thru a registration procedure for my weapons.  A background check will only further restrict the law-abiding citizens.  The crooks won’t bother to do it anyway…..THEY’RE CROOKS!!
      I feel like I’ve been lied to and used.  You got my vote, now you pull a ‘Benedict Arnold’ on me.  You & Mr. Manchin both.  I can’t imagine the folks in W.Virginia are very happy, either.
      We now have a new term for tratorious conduct:
      It’s called a “Manchin-Toomey!”
      You, sir, have lost my vote!
    • patriot077
      Libertyship46 Looking closer at what they say and do let me know some time back that they were progressive. At one point fiscal resposnibility  seemed to pass for conservative. All of those you mention (and the rest of this regressive list) are on record with comments that lean heavily to port.
  • colliemum
    It is the case, is it not, that the Senators are going to debate something they have not read.
    Aren’t there any constitutional lawyers who can take this right to the Supreme Court?
    It happened with Obamacare, and people let is pass.
    It cannot be allowed to happen again, else the House can be sent home in its entirety, thus saving lots of money, because they simply rubber-stamp what is given to them by the Tsar in the WH.
    It’s like the Soviet Parliament, only they didn’t meet that often.
    Getting closer and closer to a Soviet Republic, that’s what this looks like.
    Why do the USA want to join the bureaucratic dictatorship of the EU? Our ‘Conservative” government is doing just the same.
    What is going on in the world?
    • stage9
      colliemum  Everything that can be shaken is being shaken.
    • SheerPolitics
      colliemum “Aren’t there any constitutional lawyers who can take this right to the Supreme Court?”
       Actually there is one. His name is Sen Ted Cruz!
      • colliemum
        SheerPolitics  Yes – but he cannot litigate before SCOTUS, can he, as Senator? Just asking because i really don’t know.
        Mark Levin would know …
        • SheerPolitics
          colliemum I more or less just threw that out because he actually HAS argued before the SC, but I don’t know if it would be considered a conflict of interest, since he is now a lawmaker, or not.
        • StandSomeMore
          SheerPolitics colliemum
          colliemum SheerPolitics Mark Levin and Landmark Legal can!!!!!
        • colliemum
          That’s what I thought, ABiC – and it might be the only hope. But they’d have to be very quick off the mark now.
    • famouswolf
      It’s sliding towards the most all inclusive destructive war in history, colliemum.
      It’s gonna be worse than WW2.
  • luvmy3suns
    Anyone who won their election by running as a conservative and voted “yea” should be a surprise and deemed as betraying the trust of those constituents who expected to be represented
  • luvmy3suns
    I’ll bet Mark’s gonna have a few choice words about this. The left has set it up perfectly:  they either get the tyranny they want or force the revolution they want to justify eliminating their “enemies”.
  • johnrschulenburg
    Sickening.
  • Laurel A
    Keep score. No money to the GOP…but tell them why. Vote them out.
    Your rights aren’t being taken in small increments but gigantic swaths.
    • patriot077
      Laurel A I hope this backfires on the gun grabbers come 2014. Somehow I think it will. I called both my blue blood senators even though I knew how their vote would go and hope their offices got flooded with calls from common sense voters. I’m stuck with them both for the next 4 years. It’s enough to make me want to move once and for all.
      • Laurel A
        patriot077 Laurel A I did too…I just couldn’t resist. I’m stuck with Feinstein and Boxer but I don’t have to be nice about it.
  • JimCohen
    Ashamed for Sen. Burr (NC). At best, he is a lukewarm conservative who seems confused to often…and just wants a seat at the table.
    I will do all I can to make sure he has a strong primary opponent in ’16.
    • sDee
      JimCohenThe GOP establishment in NC has really screwed up after we conservatives and Tea Party worked so hard for them.
      I will be fully supporting Greg Brannon to win the GOP nomination to take Kay Hagan’s seat with time and money.
      After that I will work with his team to find a conservative to contest Bur. This is the last straw with Burr – I wish I could get through to his office – but maybe I better cool down.
  • physicsnut
    where is ‘gun control’ in the constitution
    when are the idiots going to STOP SELLING US OUT ?
  • njmom
    Until we make them pay at the polls this debacle will continue. However, speaking for myself who lives in the liberal state of NJ with 2 Dem senators and mostly Dem congressman I am unable to personally cast a vote to do it so I must depend on others to see to this. God speed to those in the RINO’s states.
  • applepie101
    Congress is very good at passing laws, but has a poor record of enforcement. The result has been thousands of laws on the books that are routinely flouted, and anti-gun laws are of that number. If the ATF is counting on my informing on my gun-owning neighbors, legal or illegal, they’re delusional. The only effect this will have will be to grow the black market for firearms.
  • Matt2Matt
    These RINO’s remind me of the dopey saps who thought Joe McCarthy was nuts…
  • Kiyoti
    To the “Gang of !6″, have you heard this written?
    “So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of my mouth.”
    Has a nice ring to it !!!
  • The Sentinel
    I’m so mad right now… this is so unbelievable. Traitors to America: anyone who voted “Yea”
    How will America survive with so much ignorance, evil, and lies controlling our direction?
    • 12grace
      The Sentinel
      We need to divorce both parties.
  • les20001
    I don’t think I have ever been so ANGRY and Disappointed in our Republican representatives in my life. Once again they have thrown us all under the bus!!!! I agree with njmom I too am stuck here in the land of the liberal… We need all you folks that are in the RHINO states to show these morons who We the People are!!!!! Stand strong people vote um out!!! Good luck….
    • CarolynDixon
      les20001 unfortunately here in virginia both senators are democrats.  we have the liberals and government works living in northern virginia and in hampton roads area and they always vote for democrats.  if the rest of the state could secede from these two areas we would once again be a red state.  mark warner is up for re-election in 2014 and i’ll be doing my part to make sure he is voted out of office.  he thinks he will be president one day.  got news for the liberal obama puppet – not now not ever will  you be elected to anything else – not even dog catcher.
  • 12grace
    We know that most Dems are Fascists now, so it seems we can put many Rep’s in this category, as well.
    • patriot077
      12grace And didn’t we already know it? None of the names on this list surprise me one iota.
  • Freedomswatch
    Time to primary them, even if we get Dems in their place. Particularly Jeff Flake, who got help from SCF and is still in a Red State. Toomey of course deserves to be completely shunned and vilified. Conservative or Libertarian. If you don’t believe in the 2nd amendment, how will you protect yourself and your family when the government decides to take away the rest of your rights?
  • YoJoe
    They (the 16) will never be known to me again –
    They are the “old Guard”
    The filibuster would have made a statement –
    AND –
    The useless 16 have have made a statement as well – They have been paid off!
  • sDee
    I got through to Burrs office. It seems I am an uniformed voter.
    • patriot077
      sDee So did you disabuse them of that notion?
      • sDee
        Yes. I proceed to explain to the the twerp that he was out of touch with reality, their party was irrelevant  and that I will be working my tail off with conservatives, tea party and libertarians to run a candidate against Burr
        • patriot077
          sDee good for you, sDee. I didn’t doubt that you would :)
  • http://domain.tid/ jlbs
    I just called Harkin’s office………… as I also did this AM.  This AM I was assured he is all for the 2nd Amendment and our rights concerning that amendment.  So what does he do?  He votes for an up or down vote.  The gal, this PM, said that is not a vote to kill the 2nd Amendment, but I told her that’s just one step in the direction of killing the 2nd.  There should never be an up or down vote on anything regarding the changing of the Constitution.  I understand votes have been taken to add to the Constitution, but our Constitution should not be meddled with in such a frivolous manner.  I hope I’m making sense here because I am PiSsEd!!!  If I have misunderstood anything, I am more than willing to be schooled by someone with some education on this.  If you don’t know what you’re talking about, don’t bother.
    • http://domain.tid/ jlbs
      Just now, I called Grassley’s office to thank him for his vote today.  It was explained to me that Sen Grassley believes the 2nd Amendment should stand as is (“should not be infringed”) and that any changes should not be made by the legislative branch, but should be made by the courts (as in SC), although I’m not sure that would be very helpful with the crew that makes up the SC at this time.
    I’m disgusted.
    But what about this?
    Is it true?
    LIST OF FILTHY TRAITORS
     Over the weekend, we came four votes away from the United States
     Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations. In
     a 53-46 vote, the senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the
     United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
     The Statement of Purpose from the bill read:
     To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States
     from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The U.N. Small
     Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration,
     would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of
     small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the
     U.S., and had language that would have implemented an international
     gun registry on all private guns and ammo.
     Astonishingly, 46 of our United States Senators were willing to give
     away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power. Here are the 46 senators
     that voted to give your rights to the U.N.
     Baldwin (D-WI)
     Baucus (D-MT)
     Bennet (D-CO)
     Blumenthal (D-CT)
     Coons (D-DE)
     Cowan (D-MA)
     Durbin (D-IL)
    Now if those 16 republicans on the above list and the 6 plus democrats on the below list vote no on the Senate arms bill then I won’t feel so bad about avoiding the filibuster. However, passing this bill in the Senate is not the real question. The real question is: How will the House vote? If the House votes it down or sidelines it to committee, then all of this fuss in the Senate is nothing more than a dog-and-pony show.
    Hopefully a bill that comes through gets crushed.  I’m hopeful that that is why some have voted to disallow the fillibuster in that they believe they can defeat the bill outright.  However I did talk with Sen Burr’s office yesterday , and I realize the people who answer the phones are just mouthpieces because if there is no “official statement” released by the Senator then they just say they haven’t said anything about that, regardless I asked where Burr stood on the background checks and w/Sen Paul’s fillibuster and was told that he supported Paul’s filibuster and will vote against increasing background checks.  So far he is 0 for 1.  We’ll see how he votes on this bill whenever it comes to the floor.
    I’m more surprised by a few of the nays, unfortunately. There is no way Murkowski and Grassley THE GUN GRABBER WHO WAS THE FIRST GOPER TO HELP WORK ON THIS passed up this opportunity.
    This is what is really going on. Both sides have been infiltrated by
    Meet at the capital on Monday at 4 pm on Tax Day, 4/15/13. Event sponsored by Freedom Works. http://www.MyNewFairDeal.com/ The media refused to cover Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor, Restoring Courage & Restoring Love that had millions attend,
    I just sent letters out to the Republicans who vote to end the filibuster.  Maybe I reacted too harshly.  I was pretty mad because the last thing we need right now or any other tine is a bill coming through, getting passed and signed that will move us in the direction to disarm America.
