HERE WE GO: 15 states sue Trump over Obamacare subsidies…

Despite the legal requirements cited in Trump’s press release as to why they cannot continue these subsidies to insurance companies, fifteen states are suing anyway:

THE HILL – A new multistate lawsuit has been announced to stop President Trump from halting key ObamaCare payments to insurers.

Fifteen states and Washington, D.C., are signing onto the new lawsuit, which will be filed Friday, according to Sarah Lovenheim, a spokeswoman for California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

The complaint will seek a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction and permanent injunction requiring the cost-sharing reduction payments be made.

I’ve been trying to ascertain who these states are exactly. So far I can only name a few:

California
Connecticut
Kentucky
Massachusetts
New York
Washington D.C. (I know, not a state)

I know Matt Bevin is the governor of Kentucky, but their AG is a Democrat which I think explains why Kentucky is on the list.

When I get more information on which states are suing, I’ll update this list.
