Herman Cain did a great job yesterday on The View, especially when answering Behar’s question about homosexuality being a choice. When she challenged him on it, he basically told her to show him the science and he might be persuaded. What a great answer!

I believe some bi-sexuals are born predisposed as bi-sexuals and some choose to be bi-sexuals. Same as other sexual orientations.

I have had gay friends most of my life and since I don't have sex with them their sexual orientation hasn't bothered me any more than my hetero friends.

Facing the facts -- we will find fault or hate differences in others -- people are going to dislike others who are Black or White, too tall or too short, too fat or too skinny, bald or hairy as an Ape and those who are Conservative or Progressive.

We love to hate and love and then hate those who our society places upon pedestals. We have a never ending need to hero worship as well as the need to construct an enemy to hate.

I recognize these predispositions in our human condition and try to avoid them all...especially the hairy as an Ape people.

I think he just did not want to waste his time by getting into a heated spat with a zombie who would never change her mind. He did maintain his calm and collected demeanor and never faltered. I believe he smacked her down with the science comment and that was good enough for me.

So Bawbaw, what made dear leader qualified to be president of the United States? Loved Cain's answer for that.

Oh yes Joy- the republicans have been so unfriendly towards blacks over the centuries... Democrats have been so loving over the centuries, lynching, rubber hose beatings, burning crosses and churches....

As for Bawbaw, I can agree- Cain is certainly NOT dear leader.

I don't know how Cain missed not correcting Behar and the Democrats revisionists history propaganda of the Republican Party as being the oppressors of Blacks in this country.

With information literally at our fingertips how do these self-righteous know-nothings get away with their lies unchallenged?

He Schooled them. I want Cain to win the nomination. I would like Paul as well but he has to many things going against him.

If it's Perry or Romney I'm not voting PERIOD!!!

Behar: "The Republican Party hasn't exactly been black friendly over the centuries." Maybe she selectively left out bill conner and his henchmen turning water hoses & dogs on black people or one of their recently distinguished senator from WV the grand wizard Robert 'KKK' byrd. It isn't the republican party villanizing blacks but the other way around. Herman Cain is right when he says most blacks are brainwashed thus they vote democrat. They are lost souls who only see the shadows on the wall & eventually find an escape route out of the liberal cave.

Exactly! Some people choose to self exclude because they have a preconceived notion about some one or some group by being being ignorant all their lives, they are too lazy to do their own research but rather take their cues from the enemies of the GOP, the liberal Lame stream media. Sad & shameful.

I am really, really liking Cain. He disarms the left with his congenial personality. He is authentic and an unapologetic conservative. The country needs a change and Cain will certainly provide that change, so long as the GOP backs him. My only concern with Cain is his ability to handle the political process and navigate it. But as far as presentation and his beliefs, I am totally with him. If Sarah Palin does not run, I will be raising some Cain!

No doubt nature has a way of eff'ing up some people's gene pool on occasion. However, even if someone were born 'gay', does that include the trademark 'gay voice' that many of the gay professionals on TV have? I think not. That gay voice thing is absolutely learned and chosen, not bred. And, it's annoying as Hell because its absolutely fake. So, in a nutshell, many gays are just like professional wrestlers.

Same-Sex-Marriage:

I am for equal rights for all citizens of the U.S.

That would include Same Sex Unions not marriage.

Keep the traditional definition of marriage as it has been for millennia.

I believe some gays are born predisposed as gay and some choose to be gay.

Behar keeps rolling out her fallacy of "all", "everyone" and in this case "no gay person wants to be gay" all encompassing arguments. Her close minded arguments of absolutes is illogical and continues to be unworthy of our attention.
