From time to time the DISQUS plugin doesn’t load properly and the comments are overlaid onto the blue background of the page and you can’t read them. I’ve been unable to convince DISQUS that the problem is on their end and thus to find a solution to it, so it still happens from time to time.
However, today I’ve implemented a fix to the problem. If you encounter the DISQUS comments not loading properly, as I’ve described above, then click the “RELOAD DISQUS” button that is located below the comment policy blurb and directly above the comment section and that should fix the problem. It’s fixed the problem for me every time.
If it doesn’t fix the problem, feel free let me know. However I’m not sure what will fix it if this doesn’t.
Also, I apologize if the blog has seemed a little lite today. I’ve spent a good deal of time trying to implement this fix. I’ll get something new up soon but in the meantime here’s a little Christmas music for you to enjoy:
