Rep. Tim Huelskamp told Newsmax today that Boehner has promised to enforce the Hastert rule on all immigration bills, including a conference bill, which means a Republican majority must be necessary for any immigration bill to come to the floor.
He also told Newsmax that he doesn’t believe Obama wants an immigration solution, but just an immigration issue that he can use in 2014.
