Representative Keith Ellison, who’s the only Muslim elected to Congress, made an irrational justification for his vote against the funding for the Iron Dome missile defense system in Israel.

If stopping the Iron Dome is meant to pressure Israel to stop, then it implies that Hamas is willing to stop the altercation and those darn Jews just won’t let them! Of course, Israel has agreed to two ceasefire agreements that Hamas denied, and the entire war started because of the attack on Israel. Luckily for Israel, the other congresspersons aren’t as stupid as Ellison, because it passed 395-8.
